Airline Condor had a really good 2023, at least when it comes to punctuality. In fact, Condor topped the charts when it comes to the airlines with the least flight disruptions.

It continues to offer reasonable reliability for its European and transatlantic flights, particularly with the recent expansion of its fleet to include Airbus A330-900s for long-haul flights.

This also reflected the number of complaints related to canceled, delayed and overbooked flights. In comparison, Condor had only one complaint in the whole of 2023 in the UK.

Flight was delayed by one day due to a strike at the Frankfurt airport. Condor informed us just on the day of the flight. We asked for a refund which Was granted and did not fly to Frankfurt.

My flight from BERLIN Airport at 8:10 was delayed due to a mechanical issue with the engine that required us to sit for over a hour in our seat just to be deplaned again. We were then put on busses and transported to a terminal, however the bus driver announced that there was no airport staff to faciliate us entering back into the airport terminal. So we had to wait in the bus for over an hour. just to be brought back to a different plane. At no point was I offered to just get out of the airport and book another flight as i knew that i wouldnt make my connecting flight in Frankfurt to New York. The plane staff, as well as captain, assured us, our connecting condor flights would be waiting for us even though our late arrival and we would be able to board the connecting flights. As we arrived in Frankfurt, they informed us that our flight had already departed. Which now meant that i was stranded in a random city rather than being able to make my choice to return to my place in berlin, when i noticed that I wouldn't have made the connecting flight. i had to spend 24 hours in a frankfurt hotel where they gave us 25$ coupons for dinner and lunch to spend at the restaurant downstairs. However, the menu was so overpriced that the average Item was 28,50 EUROs. With a beer i ended up spending another 18 EUROs. Unacceptable and definitely hits the criteria for seeking legal advice.

The condor agent at Seattle airport today 11308522 denied my entry saying that Germany is not approving my visit. I asked further she said they are not giving any further information and refused to explain anything. I here stuck at the airport for 7 hours and after calling condor some lady is being complete inconsiderate refused to help and ended call. No regards whatsoever and complete unprofessional attitude. I need my refund or need an explanation why you denied my entry when I have the required visa and proof. The skinny young indian agent on desk was also extremely unknowledgeable and after everything i provided she was like "let me ask my supervisor" She not only wasted my time but did not look at the docs properly and I was the one providing her everything even though it not my job to open website on my phone to show her information that she should have easy access to. I travel every year and she was not able to find stamps on my passport. If her eyesight is weak it's not my job to find stamps and give her where she should be the one doing it. She purposely wasted my time saying that her supervisor is checking and after wasting 5 hours the supervisor showed up saying they need a return ticket within 30 days. I kept telling her this is wrong info as I travel every year but she refused to listen to me and denied my entry. The US number agents are extremely rude and on Feb 3rd around 6 pm pacific time zone when I called 866-960-7915 the lady was extremely rude and had no regard or manners whatsoever. She threatened to end the call and refused to escalate or help me even though I mentioned to her that I am stuck here at Seattle airport. Very poor customer service and very bad manners. I wish I could give her zero rating and complain to her manager to question who hired her. She refused to listen to me and kept talking without even listening to my issue. I asked to discover qatar and they gave me the correct info which I knew beforehand but here is the screenshot from them. This clearly is the case of severe negligence and providing wrong info and having untrained staff. No agent in the past has asked me as they all know that a visa on arrival is open for Qatar but she refused to listen to me and kept insisting that Confor Germany is saying this. I have no faith in her that she even contacted german authorities and even if she did this is clearly wrong info. To make the matter worse when I called to cancel my return flight the agent on Feb 4th put me on hold when I called right after he confirmed my name and then pretended that he could not hear me and dropped the line on purpose. I need this matter to be taken care of and need full refund because this is extremely bad work ethics, severe negligence and providing me wrong info. Whoever is the authority who gave her that info should see all the requirements of why they gave her wrong info. Looking forward to hearing from you and I hope you will resolve this matter.

Flight from Portland was delayed significantly (reasons unknown). This resulted in me missing my connecting flight in Frankfurt. I then had to find a different flight from Frankfurt, flying into Zurich first, and then catching another connecting flight from Zurich to Florence. I arrived to my destination 6 hours later than anticipated and missed a special 20 year reunion dinner. No explanation or compensation from airline.

My flight from Frankfurt to Seattle was delayed, departed at 16:00 instead of 13:05 and landed at 5:45 PM instead of 14:50 due to a technical issue (air conditioning issue). We waited 1 hour outside and 2 hours inside the plane. Care provided was minimal—only water and an apology. The delay caused me to purchase extra meals, miss my ride, forcing me to take a taxi. I also suffered a migraine with nausea and vomiting. Plane AC wasn’t still working I was freezing inside the plane, and maybe that triggered my migraines. I contacted Condor Airline customer service, but they referred me to this website. EU (Regulation EC 261/2004): If you’re flying within the EU, departing from the EU, or arriving in the EU on an EU airline, you may be entitled to compensation if the delay exceeds 3 hours. For delays of 2+ hours, the airline must provide care (food, drinks, and communication access). • €600: For flights >3,500 km (long-haul flights like Frankfurt to Seattle).
