No the airline didnt answered I was flying from Mexico City and had layover in Amsterdam but the flight got canceled and I got stuck for more than 24 hrs there and they didnβt even provide a hotel or nothing They were sending me from a office to another for more than 4 hrs inside of Amsterdam airport- Amsterdam-Bucharest

Passengers arrived at Cairo airport and were not allowed to enter, being just told that their flight was cancelled and they were sent home. There was no notification sent by email in advance, my sister in law dragged her 2 minor kids to the airport for traveling in the middle of the night, one kid having some medical condition that makes him exhausted. They also have limited time visa which took long time to obtain and now their flight was cancelled on the 8th of July. We manage to reschedule 4 days later, hoping this won't be cancelled also. Since flight was booked via a 3rd party, I contacted Wingie (the online 3rd party) and Tarom airline and could barely reach them, in the end Tarom rescheduled their flights on the next available flight on the 12th instead of the original on the 8th. There were costs for airport transportation, time loss, visit period shrink since visa is valid only from 7-27 July. Extra costs cannot be proven by receipts. I attached the new flights, just basic emails, I asked a ticket or some document, they told me nothing else, just have the emails, this means their flights are booked.- Cairo-Bucharest

Flight cancelled when we were in airport. It was in status check monitor until 21.52, 2 mins after gate should have been closed, when it changed to cancelled. Nobody came to ask us anything or inform something about flight etc. A crass lack of professionalism- Bucharest-Baia Mare

Tarom offices are not responding to our calls. Weβve called 4 different offices in 4 different cities, we only get a call busy back. Their office in the airport was mobbed by people so we couldnβt get through to reach them.- Bucharest-Iasi

I payed for a private transfer β¬150 to get to the airport at 11 and at nearly 12 they emailed to say theyβre postponing the flight by 3 hours+ with no explanation. I travelled for 3 hours in a taxi early morning and ended up staying at the airport longer than expected. I got to Heathrow at 5.20pm rather than just after 2pm as expected.- Bucharest-London
