Get up to €10,800 for a disrupted trip
Automatic protection. No claims. No waiting.

AirAdvisor has launched a dedicated baggage claims service with a fully digital compensation tool, designed to help passengers check their eligibility for delayed or lost baggage. The tool allows passengers to start baggage claims online, without navigating airline paperwork or legal jargon. This launch builds on AirAdvisor’s broader work of handling air passenger compensation claims across the UK and Europe.
For UK travellers flying internationally, baggage compensation is covered by the Montreal Convention, which allows claims of up to around £1,600.
By analysing a passenger’s flight, airline and route, the tool automatically applies the correct legal rules and guides travellers through the next steps of claiming what they’re owed.
The new service and compensation tool supports baggage claims across 149 airlines, including:
The baggage service also covers claims involving mobility equipment and assistive devices, alongside standard checked luggage.
Since 2017, AirAdvisor has helped more than 620,000 passengers recover compensation for flight disruptions. By creating a dedicated baggage claims service, AirAdvisor aims to give UK travellers a more clear and practical way to understand their rights and take action when luggage goes missing or arrives late, without unnecessary stress or guesswork.
