Where to Access the Baggage Claim Tool
The Baggage Compensation Tool can be found on the homepage of AirAdvisor.com and in the main navigation menu under the "check compensation" button. To begin, simply add your basic flight details, including your arrival and departure airports and the date and time of your flight.
Then, select your flight from the list, and choose which issue pertains to your situation: Flight delay, cancellation, denied boarding, or baggage loss or delay. You’ll then be asked to provide a few additional details, to ensure an accurate response.
