I arrived in Palanga on 28.02 and And supposed to fly back to London on 16.03. due coronavirus stacked for 4+ months. I had 5 cancellation from SAS: 16.03 cancelled and rescheduled for 29.03 29.03 cancelled and rescheduled for 17.04 17.04 cancelled and rescheduled for 04.06 04.06 cancelled and rescheduled for 13.07 13.07 cancelled. I didn’t want to reschedule any more because of constant cancelations and the flight. Sas refunded points but not cash money( reserved a ticket via sas point program) Sas were offerIng with 4 stops Duration of the flight two days( due to coronavirus its not appropriate to fly over 4 airports). I really understand whose cancellations due to lockdown period, but the last two cancellations On 04.06 and 13.07 its was distressed. As I have to come back to London, and start to work on 15.06. Now i booked alternative flight with Raynair.

Missed the flight due to a delayed generated at check in counter. I was on time at the airport and I have submitted all required documents to enter Denmark in time of COVID-19 as described in the official web sites of Danish autorties but they were not accepted by the check in personel.
