Destroyed my Luggage during travel.

Flight was delayed 4 times and finally cancelled. We finally we able to get a flight into Philadelphia at 8:00am the following morning. Had to pay for a Hotel Room = $115.20 and incurred an LYFT ride from Philadelphia back to New Jersey. We were assured the luggage would be on the same flight to Philadelphia but later found out they were Newark. When my luggage was dropped in New Jersey the damage was pretty apparent.

I was denied boarding my flight because the company overbooked it. They gave me a compensation and booked me another flight. I got to my final destination; however I have been trying for days to get my compensation so I am able to cover the extra costs I had with this trip (no money can pay for all the extra stress I had) ... Their website is horrible; the wording is so confusing that I never know what option I should select. It feels like they want to confuse you, so you chose the wrong option, so they wouldn't have to give you the compensation. I couldn't find one email or chat to talk to somebody. I just wanted it to be easy and now it's been a headache.

Technical problems

We would like to issue a complaint to KLM for cancelling the AMS-EBB flights two days in a row. We believe it is due to light passenger load, not technical issues. The cancellation made our trip a total of 55 hours. We even had to find our own taxi ride between airports in Milan where we were rerouted through.

Very bed ground staff in Amsterdam.

On 08.12.2025 I was flying from Dallas flight DL 2943 to Split via Amsterdam and we were about 45 minutes to late in Amsterdam, landed 18 minutes to late, taxing very long on the ground, got a lot of passengers with wheel chair, all other passenger got to get out thru one corridor, other one was for invalid passengers. It took us rely much time to leave the plain. When I arrived on the Passport control I could not pass, there were so many people. I have asked lady from ground staff if I may pass thru, I got to get connect flight to Split but she was just pushing us and saying "go, go" you will be on time, she did not look to my boarding pass. At certain moment came another lady to try to make order, I have try to tell her that I am going to miss my flight but she did not listen to me. After a wail she made some order and I asked again if she can help me to get thru to get my flight. Then she call somebody to inspect my passport and then I ran to the gate 82, it was very far. When I arrived by the gate they were just closing it. So, I miss my flight and I got to buy a new ticket to Split because KLM staff says that it was my mistake. They even did not listen what I was saying. New ticket has cost me 215 EUR. Tell me now please what can I do to get my many back. I hope that you will help me. No reason given

We arrived at the airport on time and waited at the gate to board our flight, which was scheduled to leave at 6:25 PM. However, at 6:15 PM, they announced a delay to 9:30 PM, and then it was pushed back further to 11:30 PM, 12:45 AM, and finally to 1:45 AM. By the time the plane finally left, we could no longer travel so late, so we had to return home without going on the trip. We were very upset about not being able to make this trip. Additionally, we had planned to continue our travels on Sunday and had already booked tickets from EIN to KTW with a small airline (Wizz Air), but we did not receive a refund from them. As a result, we lost over $1,100.

denied flight for 12 hours, threatened to be put on no fly list, treated in a discriminatory manner, spoken to in elevated voice stating, "you cant touch people, and who do you think you are touching someone" ( I touched a TSA officers forearm for 3 seconds to get her attention), not getting follow up from Spencer Hutchinson, Desmond Andrews misrepresenting himself as a TSA agent and not idenifying as a Delta rep., incurring expenses of almost $4000 for the delay, putting my health /safely at risk.

bluecheck Other - Good evening- I have made several attempts to clarify this issue without contacting Delta cooperate offices. But there has been no resolve. I was flying from ATL to COS on 2/10/2025. There was an issue with TSA check in which has been resolved. But Mr. Desmond Andrews a Delta employee did not identify himself as a Delta employee and denied me the right to fly. Please see the email sent below. This email was to his direct supervisor Spencer Hutchinson and I have not received a response. Please verify you received this email to : smuster@yahoo.com/ 404-275-6797 I will be more than happy to provide any further information needed. Which would also include out of pocket cost for delay. Best regards, Simone Coderellis Dear Mr. Hutchinson, I am writing to formally demand clarification and documentation regarding the incident involving your employee, Mr. Desmond Andrews. While my initial interaction with TSA has since been resolved — with the TSA’s legal team confirming that I committed no violation — what remains unresolved is Mr. Andrews’ conduct and Delta’s handling of this matter. Specifically, Mr. Andrews: Falsely represented himself as a TSA agent. Told me I could not fly that day. When I asked him who at TSA had made this determination, he gestured upward and said, “TSA.” My communications with TSA’s legal representatives confirm that no TSA official made such a determination. If a TSA agent did in fact communicate this to Mr. Andrews, I require the full name and title of that individual. Threatened to place me on the federal No-Fly List. This is an extremely serious matter. Under federal law, only the U.S. government has authority to make such determinations. The No-Fly List is maintained by the Terrorist Screening Center (TSC), a multi-agency entity administered by the FBI. Placement on or removal from the list is governed by 49 U.S.C. § 114(h)(3), 49 U.S.C. § 44903(j), and corresponding TSA regulations (49 C.F.R. §§ 1540.105, 1540.107). Airline employees have no authority to place passengers on the No-Fly List or to represent otherwise. I therefore require immediate clarification as to what authority Mr. Andrews believed he had to make such a threat, and whether Delta condones or authorizes its employees to make representations of this nature. Denied me re-entry through security and obstructed retrieval of my belongings. By preventing me from accessing my luggage, which contained necessary medication, Mr. Andrews directly put my health at risk. I also wish to raise a serious concern regarding the handling of my checked baggage. Mr. Andrews told me that although I would not be permitted to board, my bag was already en route to Colorado Springs. Under federal aviation security law, specifically 49 C.F.R. § 1544.205, airlines are prohibited from transporting unaccompanied checked baggage on a commercial flight unless that baggage undergoes additional security screening. Which there was no indication/ security notice in my luggage of inspection. Standard airline policy likewise requires that if a passenger is denied boarding, their luggage be removed from the aircraft. If my bag did in fact travel without me, Delta may have violated these federal security requirements. If it did not travel, then Mr. Andrews misrepresented the situation and prevented me from retrieving my medication and belongings, thereby endangering my health. In either case, his actions are unacceptable and demand a full explanation. Additionally, Mr. Andrews acted in a manner that was discriminatory in undertone and demeaning in a public forum. Such behavior is wholly inconsistent with the values Delta claims to uphold and reflects poorly on the company. I must also dispute your prior statement that “the circumstances that prevented travel were outside of Delta’s control.” While Mr. Andrews may not have caused the original disruption, his actions directly contributed to my travel delay, to the loss of access to my medication, and to the unnecessary escalation of this incident. Accordingly, I hereby demand: Written clarification as to whether any TSA agent instructed Mr. Andrews that I could not fly, and if so, the name and contact information of that individual. A clear explanation of what authority Mr. Andrews relied upon to: Tell me I could not fly, Threaten me with placement on the No-Fly List, Deny me re-entry through security, and State that my luggage was being transported without me. Copies of the formal complaint records generated in connection with this incident, including the names of the individuals who reviewed and signed off on them. Contact information for the authority who oversaw or authorized these records. Please provide this information in writing no later than [10 business days from today’s date]. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within this timeframe, I will have no choice but to consider pursuing this matter further through the appropriate regulatory and legal channels. Sincerely, Simone P. Coderellis If required this email will be CC to the agencies listed below. Worst travel experience ever

Reservation # HUY4N2 London/Paris tour through Trafalgar $9000 USD John and Darcy Tumminello We departed from Harry Reid Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada on 10 October 2025 at 15:44 on Flight DL2880, which experienced three delays. The flight ultimately arrived in Seattle at 19:59, where six passengers, including ourselves, were scheduled to connect to a London-bound flight departing at 20:35. The flight crew facilitated our expedited disembarkation to assist us in making our connection, assuring us that the London flight was aware of our arrival and en route to the gate. Despite arriving at the gate at 20:10—25 minutes before the scheduled departure—we were informed that the flight had already left. The gate supervisor instructed us to proceed to Delta customer service to arrange alternative travel. At gate A2, we were rerouted via JFK New York on a flight departing at 22:15. Upon arrival in New York, our carry-on suitcase was missing; it contained essential items including 14 days' worth of medication and insulin for my wife and myself, as well as clothing and formal-wear intended for our London/Paris vacation. We provided all contact information to the gate attendants in hopes of recovering our luggage. The next segment of our journey departed at 08:44 on 11 October 2025, and we arrived in London at approximately 20:00. After arranging new transportation, we reached our hotel at 23:30, having travelled for a total of 26 hours. On the morning of 12 October 2025, we met with our tour guide to discuss options for accessing necessary medications. We opted out of the first day’s activities to pursue medical care, assisted by the hotel concierge who arranged an urgent care appointment for 14:15. Transportation to the clinic was $40; the provider consultation cost $400. We then traveled to Boots pharmacy ($50), where it was determined that my wife's pain medication could not be dispensed due to prescription paper issues, and some of my medications required ordering, with expected arrival on 13 October 2025 (resulting in missing day two of the tour). We returned to the hotel via taxi ($50). That evening, Darcy required emergency room care for acute withdrawal and hyperemesis and was discharged on 13 October at 08:30 without access to her medications (missing day three of the tour). Final bill pending $4500. The following day, we returned to urgent care ($40) to address Darcy’s prescriptions, only to learn that the provider lacked authority to issue the necessary form. Another trip to Boots ($50) allowed me to secure my medications ($135), after which we returned to the hotel ($50). Subsequently, Darcy became seriously ill again; with assistance from the concierge, a physician was called to our room ($500) and directly admitted her to Princess Grace Hospital (taxi $60). She received hospital care, including IV fluids, laboratory tests, and medications, and was discharged on 14 October 2025 with appropriate medications ($4900), missing yet another tour day. Following discharge, we returned to the hotel ($60) and contacted Delta to arrange a return flight. We secured a non-stop flight from London Heathrow to Las Vegas for 15 October 2025 ($50), having not participated in any tour activities. This bucket list trip, intended as a memorable experience, instead resulted in significant disruption and distress, with associated expenses totaling approximately $20,000. We respectfully request consideration for financial compensation given these circumstances, as the impact on our health and wellbeing cannot be quantified. As senior citizens, our opportunity to create lasting memories is increasingly limited, and the loss of this experience has been deeply felt.

Disgusting customer service

The vile women who worked the lost item desk at the SLC airport is a god awful employee. I had left an iPad on my flight from SAN to SLC on DL1116, completely my fault. I did not realize until I was about to board DL2077 to Tampa where I realized I left my iPad on my last flight. I asked the front desk employee of current flight what to do and they said go to my old gate. If nobody is there, go to lost and found. I run by my old gate and nobody is there, so I make my way over to the lost and found (sprinting still) around 11:20 PM on 10/23. I get there and as I’m having an active asthma attack I am politely telling them I left my iPad on the last flight and am trying to get it before my next flight and please begging them to help me. The woman goes on the phone for a sec after barely acknowledging me and is on the phone for ~10 seconds and say nobody picked up. She then proceeds to either call or answer another phone and is laughing and joking with the person on the other line, ignoring me. After all that, she says I don’t know what to tell you, nobody answered. I just ask can you please let me know whether to run back to my gate and wait for someone. The man beside her says yes - at least a bit more responsive, but still timid in her bulking presence. I am disgusted by how awful the treatment was t the SLC airport by the brunette woman around 11:20-30 PM on 10/23. I think I am good on never flying delta again by the way I had to once again run between gates and fight an asthma attack. She is a horrible person who should never work customer service again in her life. The other folks were at least somewhat nice.

The only expenses I had were clothing related. I literally just had what I was wearing and my cell phone and wallet when I got off the plane in Zurich. After almost 24 hours of traveling I arrived at our hotel in geisingen Germany. I needed something to change into for bed and clothes for the next day. It still amazes me that KLM employees in baggage claim said this is common practice for luggage to show up on later flights because they were busy in Amsterdam. All of the other luggage my family checked arrived on time. Our flight was even delayed because we didn't have a bus driver from the gate to the plane on the tarmac. There is no reason my bag should have not transferred. Klm employees already had color photocopy s of the process to file a claim in hand at the carousel. This was a horrible start to our fall trip here in germany.

Unsatisfactory Experience with Delta Airlines – Boarding and In-Flight Issues

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Delta Airlines, both during boarding and in-flight, that fell well below the standards I have come to expect. At JFK, the boarding process was further delayed due to unprofessional conduct by a gate agent who was observed yelling at a passenger, adding unnecessary stress to an already delayed flight. Additionally, on my prior flight from Naples to JFK, there was a clear lack of sensitivity and accommodation regarding dietary restrictions related to health and allergies, which was deeply concerning. Altogether, these issues contributed to an exhausting and frustrating travel day.

Feedback Regarding Recent Business Class Experience with Delta

Dear Delta Customer Service, I just want to share some comments for improvement in your service because, in my mind, Delta has always represented excellent service. Unfortunately, whenever I fly with you, something unusual seems to happen. This time, I purchased a Mexico–Atlanta flight in Business Class. On my return from Atlanta to Mexico, I arrived at the counter to check in my luggage, and the gentleman assisting me asked where my tags were. I replied, “Sorry, but I’m not sure what tags you’re referring to.” Concerned, I asked if I needed to go to a machine beforehand to print tags, or if he meant the tags with my personal information. Annoyed, he said, “The system shows your luggage has tags.” Confused, I asked him to please clarify what type of tags he meant, because I didn’t understand. Irritated, he said he would call someone who speaks Spanish to translate for me. I replied, “I understand and speak English perfectly, but I still don’t understand which tags you mean. Even if someone tells me in Spanish, if it’s not clear what type of tags you’re referring to, I still won’t understand.” This was not a language issue — I simply never knew what tags he was referring to. I believe that staff, especially those working at Sky Priority, should be more empathetic and kind. The second disappointing experience I had was when I tried to access the Delta Lounge, only to discover that I didn’t have access. I find it terrible that purchasing a Business Class ticket does not grant lounge access. Not even the American Express Aeroméxico card (and I mention Aeroméxico because it is supposed to be a partner airline) is accepted for entry into the lounge. I don’t understand this policy, but I practically lost all the time I could have spent in the lounge trying to understand why my ticket didn’t include access. The Delta Sky Club staff were also quite rude, saying I could not enter and that even in First Class I wouldn’t have access to any lounge. They showed me a sign stating that only Delta credit card holders (which, as a foreigner, I obviously don’t have since it’s a U.S. card) or American Express Platinum cardholders (which I am, but the Aeroméxico version) could enter. The treatment felt unnecessarily harsh, regardless of the policy itself, which I also believe is unfair, as a Business Class ticket should grant access — as it does with most other airlines. I understand that if Delta’s policy states that the ticket does not include lounge access, staff cannot change that. However, what I don’t understand is the extremely discourteous manner in which it was communicated. More importantly, I don’t understand Delta’s policy of not including lounge access when purchasing a Business Class ticket. I have never experienced this with any other airline. It was very disappointing — first, to learn that my ticket didn’t include access, and second, to be treated as if I were doing something wrong by asking. This is definitely not the experience one expects, and unfortunately, this is not the first time something like this has happened to me with Delta. I used to think it was just bad luck, but now I’m left with a bad impression, as if there’s always something that doesn’t quite fit with this airline. I sincerely hope the customer service, especially from frontline staff, can improve. Lastly, but not least, I had to wait far too long for my second suitcase. In fact, half of the flight passengers were able to retrieve their luggage before I did, even though my bags were clearly marked with the priority tag. Unfortunately, this priority service is not being honored — many non-priority bags arrived much earlier. I believe this represents another area of opportunity for improvement, as other airlines do respect this service consistently. Before I finish, I want to add something positive. For the first time in the four Business Class flights I have taken with Delta in the past year, I experienced excellent service from the Business Class cabin crew onboard. This helped ease the disappointment from the airport experience, and I want to acknowledge it, because it has not been the norm in my previous flights. Thank you very much for taking the time to read this message. I truly hope this feedback helps improve the overall experience for your customers. Sincerely, Mariana Navarro

bluecheck Other - Dear Delta Customer Service, I just want to share some comments for improvement in your service because, in my mind, Delta has always represented excellent service. Americas WORST flight crew on the WORST airline!!!

I booked my cat on flight for over a month but when I got on the plane, 2 people near me made a very boisterous scene about how they are allergic to cats. They storm off and are gone for awhile. Next a flight attendant is yelling to the whole plane, “where’s the lady with the cat?” After being in shock from that embarrassment I raised my hand then she yelled “you have to move!” I was settled in the seat with the pet but she made me leave my larger window seat to a small middle seat after asking everyone if they are allergic to cats! WHY WASNT PASSENGERS NOTIFIED BEFROE THE FLIGHT SINCE MY CAT HAD HIS TICKET FOR OVER A MONTH? Why was it my fault and why was I treated like I did something wrong? Delta is HORRIBLE! They were not friendly or professional about the whole situation they simply treated me like public enemy number 1! Me and the cat have flight anxiety and that was the most horrible flight thus far. The cat peed on himself and cried the whole time after the seat move and my blood pressure was through the roof! I told the flight attendant I chose that seat for a reason and that we also have health concerns but of course our voices didn’t matter at all! We were just the bad guys from the beginning! Flight DL925 from Anchorage to Seattle you are the most HORRIBLE flight crew I have ever been around! Including the captain!

Strike

I originally booked with Delta Airlines to fly with my wife from Nuremberg to IAD. I received emails on September 22nd 2025 at 13:55 that our flights MAY be cancelled due to strikes at Schripol, and shortly after at 14:20, I received two more emails in German that our flights WERE cancelled due to the strikes. After several hours on the phone with customer service, and my issue unresolved, I received email at 17:46 that our flights had been rescheduled by KLM. I continued to speak with customer service, because the new flights they booked us did not fit my wife and I's schedule, so the flights were once again rebooked by KLM finally at 22:06 after hours messaging and calling on the phone with KLM Germany then Delta then again KLM Germany, then KLM Netherlands (because KLM Germany closed) customer service, and this time my wife and I picked the flights, not KLM. We arrived at the airport on the morning of September 23rd, hours after finishing calling and messaging with all the different customer service, and I typically have two free checked bags (up to 23KG each I believe) when travelling under military orders (I serve under Active duty in the US Army), we were trying to check one bag; because KLM rebooked my flights, a European company not an American company, my baggage for the departing flights was no longer free like they would have been if my Delta reservation was not cancelled, and therefore I had to pay 100.00 EUR for the checked bag. We also had to change our parking reservation at Nuremberg Airport, as well as our rental car reservation at IAD, as well as encounter food costs at the airports, which was all covered out of our own pockets. While we appreciate KLM changing our flights, we DID NOT appreciate the extra costs we encountered due to this, nor did we appreciate the extremely long waiting times to speak to customer service which at times costed me expensive international call charges. In short, everything would have been far more convenient and cheaper for us if we did not have our flights cancelled by KLM due to these strikes. KLM claimed we would be provided with free drinks and lounge access as compensation but this never happened and they did not give us any vouchers or lounge passes or anything. We arrived to IAD around 13:30 on 23 September 2025. We lost a lot of time and money in several ways due to this cancellation, which would be complicated to put a number on, but if requested, I will gather the evidence and assign a specific fiscal number to the amount.

You allow piercings, tatoos of those who support the DEI narrative and violate passengers rights for just wearing a hat. NOT A HAT that has vulgar language or anything rude but "Making America Great Again". Since you do not support our great Country you do not deserve to profit off the back of hard working AMERICANS! SHAME ON YOU!!! Delta you need to make a public statement of "APOLOGY" for discriminating against this passenger. Until then you have lost another customer. https://x.com/i/status/1975932450963693891 You may think that I am only 4 passengers, however there are plenty of us out here that are sharing this far and wide. the male flight attendant at rear of flight 1927

After not flying for over 20 years. I was reluctant to take this flight due to anxiety but was very pleased and comforted by all delta's representatives with me being legally blind and anxiety. On all 3 fights 1534, 1944 and 1965 were great but the last flight from ATL to MSY flight 1927 the male flight attendant at the rear of the plane first came to my brother to say that he was using foul language while we were both listening to a Spotify station named funk outta here mixtape. Then my brother nudged me to let me know that he thought that the flight attendant was speaking to me and also accused me of using foul language along with my brother. Then we tried to explain to him an show him that we were listening to the above play list together. Which if you look up you will see that most of the songs have funk in them. He did not come in a quite professional way. He was very loud and rude. He then came back a 2nd time within 30 seconds very rudely again and said if he heard the F bomb one more time that he would turn the plan around and kick us off the plane. At that time the whole plane turned around to see what was going on. All of this because I asked my brother what the name of the station was. A few minutes later my brother got up to go to the restroom. While he was gone the male flight attendant came by and got all of our seat numbers and went to the front. My brothers friend that was with us looked at me and said this is not going to be good. I could see the anxiety in both of their faces. A few minutes later I got up to go to the restroom and my brother took me due to me being legally blind. While he was waiting on me the same flight attendant told my brother very loudly and unprofessionally to go back to his seat. My brother told him why he was waiting. In the meantime a female fight attendant came over and we asked her if she heard any foul language. She said that she did and did not want to hear our response either. She also said that they have to stick together no mater what. The male flight attendant returned from the front and said that we were going to have a discussion when the plane landed. I responded that I do not want to talk to you any more. I want to talk to your supervisor when we land. He said that he was going to have his supervisor and the cops waiting on us when we landed. Then I noticed that all of our anxiety was through the roof. I am not use to seeing my brother that way. I asked my brothers friend to get me one of her anxiety meds but they were in the overhead compartment and we were not allowed to get them. Once we landed we were meet by a very professional supervisor and no police. My brothers friend and I had to take another anxiety pill just to explain what had happened. I asked the supervisor to please call ATL and ask if they had any issues with us and she said they had already seen the tape and there was no issues. She would not take a written report. We would have called the police ourselves but due to our anxiety we just wanted to get out of there. I was planning to go back to the Bahama's next year but due to this experience I do not think I ever want to fly again. In summery after this intendent on this last flight I am experiencing anxiety attacks daily and nightly for over a month and seeking by doctors request to go to a shrink. I have for myself, brother and Mrs. French spoke to legal council whom we have not hired yet but is willing to take the case if we do not resolve this case immediately the attorney is taking the case for all 3 of us.

Weather conditions

My orginal flight from Ft. Lauderfdale to Rome by way of Atlanta was delayed because of bad weather in Ft. Lauderdale The flight in Atlanta to Rome had left, so we were diverted to Rome by way of Amsterdam My luggage was left on the plane to Amsterdam. When we arrived in Rome on 9/1/25 my suitcases were missing. I had a special pick up service from the airport to the hotel. However, they had to leave because of the long delay waiting for the luggage to come through the belt at the airport. After an hour of waiting, I went to the lost luggage department to file a claim. KLM filled out the lost luggage form putting down 2 bags after I told him three and showed him the receipts for three bags, Finally, I took a taxi to my hotel for a cost. After repeated calls and much difficultly . The KLM representative charged me $92 to deliver 2 bags. One bag was still missing and I didn't receive it until September 5, 2025. In the meanwhile I had to buy clothes and other essentials for immediate use and a cruise leaving Sept 6, 2025. When I returned from the cruise I bought one suitcase to take the extra clothes back on the airplane. KlM is a nightmare. KLM does not answer the phone. I only got them by called Delta Airlines.

Terrible fist class experience

Hello, my wife and I just took our dream vacation of going to Alaska and doing land and cruise vaca. We went all out with upgrade cruise cabin and premier package as well as for first time flying first class to Fairbanks and back from Vancouver. Well we thought we were flying first class back but very far from that. Our flight package was $5804.66 going out on United and back on Delta. Going out on United was exactly what we expected, champagne, entertainment monitors to occupy our time and excellent service, on way back other than wide seats nothing. No monitors, champagne in water glasses and just one,Wi-Fi that totally sucked and extremely lacking service.ill start with entertainment, full catalog with United, movies, tv shows and games. None of that with Delta, or should I say West Jet which was apples and oranges compared to United(in bad way for sure) supposedly the Wi-Fi was to replace monitors, not even close as all we and other passengers got was YouTube and google. Try filling your time with that crap, half the time had to reconnect to it. Pathetic for what was listed as first class, seems Delta pushed us off to second rate airline.Service bad, found last flights passengers phone after flipping up armrest, oh as well and crackers or chips they had, no clean.Stewardess was more occupied with her laptop as we had to wave to her for service,we were seated in 1D and 1F so could see her seated.Received bottle of water at first but when I asked for another water she proceeded to refill my water bottle with another larger open water bottle. That is down right nasty and unacceptable as far as we are concerned. How about filled a glass with water.Overall,Delta or WestJet was a complete waste of our hard earned money, a lot of our hard earned money as retired folks.WestJet plane was a 737-Max and lacked any comforts of United flight. I hope you find the time to respond to my email as we are extremely disgruntled customers for all of these reasons.Thank You

False promise of a refund, but nothing but lies and excuses!

Told the day before my flight that I didn't have any tickets at the airlines because I didn't confirm my flight (I believe I did). The person I spoke to for over an hour told me my best bet to get this resolved was to cancel the flight that I booked months ago, and rebook my flight. Out of pure desperation, I agreed and was told that I would get a refund from the cancelled flight ( $1347.52). That was on April 30th, and my flight was on May 1st, 2025. Since then, I have called Delta Airlines atleast 8 times, and also called my bank because the said it would go through my bank. Nothing but lies and the runaround. RN disrespected after responding to request for help!

Passenger close by had seizure, I a Registered nurse, provided assistance to flight crew when they asked for medical support. I sat with this man who could not talk or respond for at least the next two hours. There was no equipment on board to check oxygen or glucose. EMT's took him off at the gate when we arrived. I gave feedback about the lack of equipment on the flight. I was later contacted with a "do not reply email" that stated along with this email of thanks, here is a 150$ voucher for your use. I would never fly Delta again but my husband, for 30th anniversary honeymoon, booked flights through Expedia on Delta. I tried today to see if I could use the voucher to add checked bag to our flight and was told no! To upgrade to first class was 800$ and to check our seats for the flights there and home would be another couple of hundred dollars. What pure disrespect.

Why do I try to get status with Delta. Million miles and diamond are worthless

My flight from MSP to ATL was delayed which would cause me to miss my connection. I called the Diamond line and asked to be put on the MSP to TPA flight. I was told that the system wasn’t showing the delay. I was receiving text message alerts that the flight was delayed and the app showed it. I went to the gate for the MSP to TPA flight and asked to be put on flight. They said that they couldn’t do it. They said to call Delta and ask because they had seats. I called the Diamond line again and asked to be put on flight. I was told I was put on standby for the flight and the gate would have to clear it. I asked at the gate and they tried for a long time and couldn’t clear it. While all this was going on someone else was put on standby and took all the remaining seats. Why do I fly Delta? After a 45 minute delay, the overhead space was full because of overbooking a flight. I am traveling with my small children and was not allowed to board early with them. Therefore my bags as well as my children’s bags were taken at the gate for checking. I purposely did not bring bags that needed to be checked because I am on a time constraint flying with small children and don’t have time to wait for bags at baggage claim. She had expense for night shirt, mouth wash, toothpaste, toothbrush, hairbrush and comb which amounted to 29 E but the receipt was lost. The bag was finally returned at 2200 on the 11/09/2025. In the meantime we had to suspend our travel while we waited for the bag to catch up with us.

No reason given

I had booked flights from Las Vegas to Amsterdam (DL9670) and from Amsterdam to Vilnius my final destination (KL2841), but I was rerouted via Frankfurt as my road home looked like Las Vegas->Amsterdamas->Frankfurt->Vilnius. I was late to comeback by 4 hours die to this rerouting, baggage hasnt arrived for 2 days also.
