I have added our boarding passes and the written proves of a claims with the confirmation numbers of the claims from the EasyJet who responded that the claim was provided. I have provided two claims (6 and 11 of April) , still NO FEEDBACK. total silence without any evaluation from their side. The number of the claims that have been communicated with EasyJet company are stipulated at the attachement filed. Thanks.

Claim escalated to airline

No reason given

The runway at Liverpool was closed due to snow for a period of time and as a result our plane was supposed to be delayed for 3 hours. The plane was at Sharm airport ready to go but it was overweight so some passengers had to agree to come off the flight. A number of people volunteered but they were with easyjet holidays as a package so weren't allowed to come off the flight. That left a much smaller number of people, including us (and we were travelling with 2 year old children so couldn't really volunteer). They just couldn't orgnanise it well enough and communication was poor, so after a couple more hours they cancelled the flight completely and told us to come back the following day. When we went back the following day, the same thing happened - the flight was overweight and people had to volunteer to come off. Eventually people volunteered and we were able to set off. I had booked and paid for seats in advance and didn't end up getting those seats but haven't got my money back for them, as well as the inconvenience of being on the airport for hours. For the majority of the flight I was sitting with my 2 year old daughter right in front of the lad who was drunk, which also wasn't a pleasant experience. And despite him clearly being very drunk, the cabin crew continued to serve him alcohol.

We arrived at PMI in plenty of time for our 4.25 pm flight. Once we got to border controls there was a big queue for the EES system. This queue was for multiple flights back into the UK. There was only one counter open doing the checks. The only member of staff there was moving us all over the place allowing people in the queue to get in front of us. The easy jet representative came and said as there were so many people not on the flight yet they would delay the flight and wait. When we finally got to the gate at 4 23pm it was closed. We weren't offered help or support from easy jet or Thomas Cook who we had booked with. We then spent 7 hours in the airport trying to find more flights and accommodation which we had to fund. This has had a massive impact on me financially being a single mum to two children and the only provider for them. I now can't afford my next month rent. It also distressed everyone who was travelling within our group.

On 27/3/2026 with EasyJet company, me, my wife, and her son were coming from Holland to go to Italy. When we were checking our tickets and passports to get on the flight, the girl told us that the son is not in my name. We told her yes, he is not my son, but she is his mother. She told us, β€œDo you have a permission document from his father?” We told her no, because we came from Italy and no one asked, and my wife said she travels inside Europe all the time with him and knows the lawβ€”that she cannot take him out of Europe, and we are Polish. The girl told us, β€œI can’t let you take the flight.” We asked why. She said, β€œBecause you don’t have the document.” My wife asked her, β€œFrom what law is this? Your company law or the country?” She told us, β€œGo and search, you will find.” We asked about her name because she didn’t have a name tag, neither her nor two other girls. She told us to go back and said she called a supervisor, and he said we would not take the flight. I asked her why, and she told me not to speak with her. I told her okay, call your supervisor and I will speak with him. She said no, she would not call him, and if I wanted to speak with him, he was in Department 3. This place is before the checking area, the first step when you enter the airport. So I ran back to speak with him and went to that place. At that time, I didn’t know if it was the right place. There were about five people, two of them at a desk, a woman and a man. I went to ask the man where the EasyJet supervisor was because I had an issue and wanted to solve it to take the flight. He asked what happened, and I started telling him the whole case. Beside him, the woman had around three men looking at me, and she was speaking not in English to them. They were looking at me and smiling. When I finished, I told him I wanted him to call the supervisor to speak and solve this. The woman spoke with him indirectly, and he started to panic and said he couldn’t call and didn’t know. So I started running around Department 3 to search, and I found him. At that time, an airport employee cameβ€”a woman. I think she was a manager. I told her everything. She asked if I had a ticket. At that moment, my phone died, and my passport was with my wife. She said it was okay and went to another desk related to EasyJet. She asked me if I had my ID. I told her yes. She went to the girl at the desk and asked for the code related to my ticket to let me enter and go to the flight. The girl refused and said she couldn’t because the flight had taken off. I told her the flight was delayed and I still had 10 minutesβ€”just give me the code and I will go. She kept speaking for 10 minutes, and in the end, she didn’t give the code. At that moment, when I left my wife with the first girl, she refused to let her enter the plane. My wife called her ex-husband on a video call to show his approval for his son to travel with his mother. In the end, the girl said we still would not take the plane because she didn’t like my wife’s tone when she spoke with her (by tone she meant when my wife asked what law was needed to travel with her son). My wife came to me outside in Department 3, and the manager told me there is no position called supervisor related to what happened. So we went again to speak with the woman who had the three men around her. When my wife spoke with her about what happened, she repeated everything the girl had said. My wife told her that she had given all the documents showing that the son is under her custody, but the girl didn’t accept. She also called his father, and he gave his approval, but the girl still didn’t allow her to take the flight. The woman said it was because the approval from the father was given late. My wife told her no, we were the first people to check passports, and when she got the approval from his father, there were still people checking passports and tickets. But the girl said she would not let us take the flight because she didn’t like my wife’s tone. and I don't have any problem traveling, but the girl refuses to let me enter the place where I will take flight and they make us stay by force after we give them all that they need and the child starts to panic because he is afraid of what happened we slept at the airport and we asked about a refund for all the damage that happened to us, and still the child panicked when he heard about Holland, all what I want a big refund to make them think thousand time before they do something stupide like this again

I asked for a a refund of Β£30 as i bought vouchers for food and drink to use on board when I booked the ticket. I was asleep when the trolley came round as it was so late due to the delay. they wouldn't refund it. there was Β£10 on Gary's and Β£20 on mine. They had already made it clear that ther would not be any compensation due to a bird strike (if that even happened)

Budapest-Bristol

On 27 March 2026 I flew back from Budapest to Bristol on EasyJet via Basel. At Budapest airport I checked in my guitar case, which contained my main professional guitar, an SM58 microphone, auxiliary and microphone cables, and a personally significant bible that is a lifelong souvenir.During check-in, the member of staff briefly left the desk. When she returned, she processed my guitar case at the same time as a couple who were checking in for a flight to London Gatwick. As a result, my case was incorrectly tagged β€œBudapest to Gatwick” instead of Bristol (the wrong tag is still attached to the case – photos attached). When I arrived in Basel, my guitar case did not appear on the special luggage belt. I waited approximately two hours in a state of considerable panic. I had a paid music gig scheduled in Bristol at 8:30pm that same evening – less than eight hours away at that point. I reported the missing bag to the lost luggage desk in Basel and also spoke to EasyJet assistance staff before boarding my connecting flight to Bristol. After landing in Bristol, I received a phone call from baggage services asking if I was the owner of a guitar case β€œheaded from Budapest to Gatwick”. They confirmed the case had my name on it but had been sent to London Gatwick due to the tagging error. They said they would forward it to my home address. With no time to spare and no suitable guitar available quickly from friends or other sources, I had no choice but to urgently hire a replacement guitar from a local Bristol music shop so I could still perform at the gig. I paid Β£335 upfront and received Β£305 back the next morning, leaving me with a net cost of Β£30.The guitar case has since been delivered to my home address. I have inspected the contents and attached photos of the case, the incorrect Gatwick tag, and its contents. This error caused me significant stress and last-minute disruption to my work as a professional musician. I am therefore requesting:Reimbursement of the net Β£30 guitar hire cost (receipt attached). A reasonable goodwill payment in recognition of the inconvenience, panic, and professional disruption caused by the check-in tagging mistake.I have mitigated my losses as far as possible by hiring a replacement instrument in order to fulfil my commitment. Please treat this as a formal claim under the Montreal Convention for baggage delay.

Technical problems

Subject: Compensation Claim due to Flight Cancellation – EZS1146 (10 December 2025) Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to provide full details regarding my case. My flight EZS1146 from Athens (ATH) to Basel (BSL) on 10 December 2025 was cancelled by the airline due to technical issues. I would like to emphasize that the cancellation was announced while I was already at the boarding gate, together with my family and minor children. This confirms that it was a last-minute cancellation and caused significant inconvenience and distress. Following the cancellation announcement, we were required to remain at the airport for approximately two hours without any clear information or guidance regarding when or how our journey would continue. This created considerable uncertainty and additional distress, especially given that we were traveling with children. As a result of the cancellation, we were not transported to our final destination (Basel) as planned. The airline did not provide a suitable alternative within a reasonable timeframe and eventually informed us that the next available flight would be on the following day, resulting in a delay exceeding 24 hours. Due to this situation, we were forced to arrange our own alternative transportation on the same day to Zurich, at our own expense. This caused significant inconvenience and additional financial burden. Furthermore, I have already submitted a complaint through the ADR procedure. However, the airline has incorrectly claimed that the flight was not cancelled but only delayed. This assertion is inaccurate, as I possess all the necessary documentation proving that the flight was cancelled and replaced with a new flight on the following day. According to EC Regulation 261/2004, I hereby claim: β€’ Compensation of 400 EUR per passenger for the flight cancellation β€’ Reimbursement of all additional expenses incurred (alternative flight, transportation, and related costs) Please find attached all relevant supporting documents, including: β€’ Flight booking confirmation β€’ Proof of cancellation β€’ Receipts and tickets for the alternative travel I kindly request that you proceed with my claim and take all necessary legal actions to recover the compensation and expenses owed. Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards,

I was delayed for 02 days, missing work and vital health treatment. Easyjet has currently ignore all claims or refunds

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally request reimbursement and compensation regarding my cancelled flight on 15 February 2026, scheduled to depart Nantes Airport at 10:35 to London Gatwick. After an 8 hour wait in an extremely crowded boarding lounge, passengers were simply informed that the flight had been cancelled. We were then instructed to leave the airport without any assistance. No accommodation, rebooking help, food vouchers, or transport were provided, forcing me to secure and pay for hotel accommodation myself. Furthermore: β€’ All flights to the same destination on the following Monday were fully booked. β€’ I was required to stay an additional night in the hotel. β€’ I had to purchase a new flight at my own expense in order to reach London. β€’ I have already submitted two claims with evidence attached; the first was rejected, and the second has been ignored. β€’ My request for a refund of the original flight was also rejected on the grounds of β€œexceptional weather conditions.” However, MΓ©tΓ©o France’s weather report for that day shows normal conditions, contradicting this justification. Under UK Regulation 261/2004 (UK261) and EU Regulation 261/2004 (EU261), you are legally required to refund the cost of the cancelled flight, reimburse all reasonable expenses incurred as a result of the disruption, and provide compensation unless the airline can demonstrate truly extraordinary circumstancesβ€”which does not appear to be the case here. I am therefore requesting: 1. Full refund of my original flight. 2. Reimbursement of hotel costs, meals, and the newly purchased replacement flight (evidence previously provided). 3. Compensation as required under UK261/EU261 for a same day cancellation without valid extraordinary circumstances. If this matter is not resolved promptly and in line with your obligations under UK261 and EU261, I will have no choice but to escalate my claim to the relevant national enforcement body and pursue further action. I kindly request a full response and resolution within 14 days. Technical problems

EasyJet flight 3322 from Lisbon to Edinburgh was diverted to Manchester on the 17th of March. As we prepared to land at Edinburgh Airport an attempt to land in gusty wind was made but as we approached touchdown, the pilot decided to go around. We expected the pilot to have at least one further attempt at landing but this never happened and we immediately climbed to well above the cloud level and we were informed that the pilot was seeking an airport to divert to. This ended up being Manchester, over 200 miles from Edinburgh. This was the only flight that failed to land at Edinburgh that afternoon was the EZY3322 flight. Flights before and after all landed successfully so it seems that other pilots could cope with the gusty weather. We finally made it to Edinburgh Airport at 22.30 over eight hours late. We had an enforced stop because the driver ran out of time on his tachograph adding 45 min to the overall delay. Our bus driver told us that this was the third journey he'd made for EasyJet in the previous 10 days due to diverted flights to Edinburgh. During this time, no other flights to Edinburgh had been diverted on the day and time of our flight; indeed, several aircraft landed uneventfully at Edinburgh Airport between 1200 and 1600 on March 17. Our fellow passengers suspected that our flight was diverted because of Easyjet’s scheduling problems. Was it preferable to have your aircraft landing at Manchester rather than Edinburgh given your scheduling problems? Or were the Easyjet pilots less experienced to land in windy conditions given that only ONE attempt at landing was made. It certainly seems odd that none of the other airline pilots had any significant difficulty in landing at Edinburgh on the afternoon of our flight. Our daughter normally picks us up from Edinburgh Airport but due to the lateness of the hour, she had gone to bed and we had to incur the additional expense of a taxy costing Β£33. We are therefore expecting full compensation given the circumstances and expect EasyJet to honour our application in the spirit of the law requiring compensation under the EU directive 261.

I have already uploaded the relevant files, separately my husband has claimed the out of pocket expenses for this cancelled flight EZY73 - we travelled as a group of 3: myself, my husband Ian and our daughter Niamh. Our first flight EZY71 was cancelled and is the subject of a separate claim. We then booked onto EZY73 the next day which was also cancelled. We were then unable to book another easyJet flight into Newcastle the following day and so chose to go via Ryanair to Edinburgh and then train onto Newcastle.

Problems at airport

The flight was cancelled sometime after we had been turned back from the aircraft. Staff said it was tech issue. No other information given I had to get to the uk that day and noted there was another flight to lpl as opposed to Manchester later that evening. I could not book that flight however until I retrieved my suitcase and that took hours. No refreshment was offered and easyJet staff were not forthcoming I was very stressed and when I eventually got my case I secured the very last seat on another flight which caused immense stress and inconvenience. It also cost me money although k only have receipts for the alternative flight. I had to arrange alternative people to collect me from lpl instead of original arrangements I had made for Manchester. I was suppposrf to Land in man on original flight at 16.40 but instead landed in lpl after midnight and I spent the whole day on 16/2 in ace airport

Ian Rosenvinge claimant 602371, Thelma Rosenvinge claimant 602375 & daughter Niamh Rosenvinge claimant 602376 were all booked onto Easy Jet Flight EZY 71 from Belfast International to Newcastle on Sat 3 Jan 26. Unfortunately due to a disruption on another Easy Jet Flight EZY3077 from Belfast to Hurghada earlier that day subsequent flights were delayed resulting in our flight EZY71 eventually being cancelled as the crew would reach their safety regulated operating hours whilst further time was required for our aircraft to be deiced - EZY71 is already the subject of claims 599137, 599148 & 599147 being processed through yourselves. We rebooked onto EZY73 on Sun 4 Jan 26 which unfortunately was also cancelled and you have advised that we claim separately in respect of this cancelation: Given EZY73 was cancelled and that we could not get another EasyJet flight back to Newcastle the next day Mon 5 Jan we took a refund and booked onto a Ryan Air Flight to Edinburgh on Mon 5 Jan 26, in the interim booking to stay overnight in the Belfast International Maldron Hotel with all 3 of us in one family room at a cost of Β£318.00 for Evening Meal, Room and two of us for breakfast which Easy Jet have refunded, however we then required to use a combination of bus for all 3 of us at Β£18.00, train for all 3 of us using rail cards at a total cost of Β£76.05 for all 3 of us, & metro (for just one of us - myself) at Β£4.70 to get to Newcastle Airport . Our mid day meal/refreshements were included within our discounted train fare and we spent a further Β£9.35 & Β£4.50 on food & refreshment so a total of Β£112.60 in actual expenses which Easy Jet would not reimburse saying they were post flight arrangements!! These out of pocket expenses have already been detailed within claim 602371. Given our total claim to Easy Jet for that element of the cancelation was Β£430.60 when we might be entitled to Β£660.00 (Β£220 each) we feel for EasyJet to refuse Β£112.60 of it to be unreasonable on the part of EasyJet. In summary we feel Easy Jet's refusal to refund us Β£112.60 in respect of the cancellation of EZY73 to be unreasonable when we had until now only sought to claim reasonable actual expenses. Their offer to date, in addition to a flight refund, only being Β£318.00 when a total of Β£660.00 for all 3 of us might be expected.

NOTE REF. DELAY Easyjet emailed at 10:59 on 21 January 2026 stating : To further explain what happened on the day; Lisbon had to close its runway due to adverse weather condition. This resulted in flights holding overhead for extended periods or having to divert to alternative airports and caused long delays throughout the day. Unfortunately caused your flight to miss the curfew in Lisbon. The delays continued throughout the day and knocked on to later flights. We do take reasonable measures to avoid delays and cancellations to our flights by having replacement crews and spare aircraft available in our network. In the circumstances, these options were not possible as the delay to your flight was a direct result of adverse weather conditions. This statement is incorrect. Having checked with ANA - Aeroportos de Portugal flights were arriving and departing at Lisbon airport, including Easyjet flights.

Further our rebooked flight EZY73 was also cancelled so as we could not get an EasyJet flight back to Newcastle the next day Mon 5 Jan we took a refund and booked onto a Ryan Air Flight to Edinburgh, booking to stay overnight in the Belfast International Maldron Hotel with all of us in one family room at a cost of Β£318.00 for Evening Meal, Room and two of us for breakfast which Easy Jet have refunded, however we then required to use a combination of bus for all 3 of us at Β£18.00, train for all 3 of us using rail cards at Β£76.05, & metro (for just one of us - myself) at Β£4.70 to get to Newcastle Airport . Our mid day meal/refreshements were included within our train fare and we spent a further Β£9.35 & Β£4.50 on food & refreshment so a total of Β£112.60 in actual expenses which Easy Jet would not reimburse saying they were post flight arrangements!! Given our total claim for that element of the cancelation was Β£425.90 when we might be entitled to Β£660.00 (Β£220 each) we feel to refuse Β£112.60 of it to be unreasonable on their part. In summary we feel Easy Jet's refusal to refund us the Β£74.36 element in respect of the cancelation of EZY71 & Β£112.60 in respect of the cancellation of EZY73 so a total of Β£186.96 to be unreasonable when we had until now only sought to claim reasonable actual expenses. Their offer to date only being Β£542.48, refusing a further Β£186.96, when our entitlement might be in the order of Β£1,320.00!

Cancelled flight just as we were about to check luggage in. The 1 staff member at luggage check in abruptly told us to go and stand in cancelled flight queue where there were no staff to help or support us. After 30 minutes I worked out how to re schedule flight via the easyJet app and book hotel etc also via the app. Lots of other families were struggling with this so I helped them. Customer service was awful from Easyjey. We received a call the next day from Disney customer service to make sure we go home safe and they even indicated that easyJet should be paying compensation and we were sent link how to claim via Disney staff member.

Flight was initially delayed due to technical issues then later cancelled ? Due to air traffic control advice. Customer service at the airport was non existent. No staff around to help at all. I had 2 children with me and it was late flight so this was stressful especially as we were just advised as I was about to check out hold bag in. The staff member was very abrupt telling us to join a cancelled flight queue even though there were no staff members there to help us. I managed to re book flight via the easyJet app ( and accomodation) the following day to Luton but then had to arrange transport from Luton to Birmingham myself ( family member ) arrived around 11am at Luton the following day.

Booking reference: KBR3527 Flight number: EJU3892 , EJU3899 Flight date: 11.02/19.02.26 We hereby request a full refund and compensation due to being denied boarding on 11.02.2026 for all five passengers, which caused our outbound journey to fail and made the return flight on 19.02.2026 unusable. As a result, the entire trip was cancelled. Due to the denied boarding: – we could not take the outbound flight, – the return tickets became unusable, – our pre-booked hotel in Sharm El Sheikh became unusable due to the cancelled trip, – we incurred additional expenses for hotel accommodation, food, and fuel. According to Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, passengers denied boarding against their will are entitled to compensation and reimbursement. Therefore, we kindly request: 1) Full refund for all five round-trip tickets. 2) Compensation for denied boarding for all five passengers. 3) Reimbursement of additional expenses (hotel, food, fuel, and lost hotel booking in Sharm El Sheikh). Dear easyJet Customer Service, I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding the conduct of an easyJet supervisor at Milan Malpensa Airport. During the check-in process, the supervisor refused boarding for our child despite the passport being officially extended by the Ukrainian Consulate in Munich. The situation was handled in a highly unprofessional manner: β€’ The supervisor refused to provide the reason for refusal in writing β€’ The supervisor refused to identify herself or provide her name β€’ The supervisor behaved rudely and dismissively, stating that our situation was β€œnot of interest” and that she did not care about our problem β€’ The supervisor influenced other staff members toward refusal rather than seeking clarification or assistance We arrived at the airport more than five hours before departure specifically to allow time for any necessary document checks. However, only after the gate had closed were we informed that additional confirmation from the Ukrainian Consulate was required. At that time, we were approximately 30 minutes away from our Consulate and could have resolved the matter if this information had been provided earlier. No assistance, alternatives, or reasonable solutions were offered. Instead, we experienced only refusal and discourteous treatment. The refusal was justified by the assumption that Egyptian immigration authorities would deny entry. However, we had contacted the relevant authorities in advance and were informed that entry would not be an issue provided that return tickets were available. This situation caused unnecessary stress and emotional distress, particularly for our children. We believe the matter could have been handled differently, with greater professionalism, transparency, and basic customer care. In light of this situation, we kindly request reimbursement or goodwill compensation for the unused flight, as well as a formal review of this incident. Thank you for your time and attention. Kind regards, Rohulin Vladyslav Booking Reference: KBR3527

Hello, I was happy to travel with you, but my Gucci bag, which I've kept in good care for a long time and is my favorite, was damaged due to improper handling of luggage. my son recently flew with you for his first skiing holiday and it was ruined somewhat by very aggressive boarding staff who made him que unpack and repack his bag twice and each time returning him to the back of the que and also thrusting a pay machine in his face demanding more money. Temat Formal Complaint and Request for Refund – Booking KBWF75Q (GDPR Breach) Dear Sir or Madam, I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my experience during check-in for my EasyJet flight on 30 January 2026, check-in time 20:21, booking reference KBWF75Q. The flight was delayed, yet no information was provided at the airport regarding the reason or expected duration of the delay, which caused unnecessary stress to passengers. During check-in, my cabin bag was inspected by EasyJet staff whose behaviour I found rude and unprofessional. The suitcase I was carrying was purchased specifically to comply with EasyJet’s cabin baggage size requirements. Due to stress and time pressure, I placed the suitcase diagonally into the baggage sizer β€” the suitcase did fit, with only the wheels protruding by approximately 1.5 cm. Despite this, the staff member stated that this was β€œof no interest to her” and forced me to pay an additional fee of 58 EUR. I was unable to take a photo due to the stressful circumstances. At the same time, other female passengers were present whose suitcases clearly did not fit into the sizer. However, as they did not have payment cards and only cash, they were allowed to proceed without paying any fee. This demonstrates unequal and arbitrary treatment of passengers. The most serious incident, however, concerns a severe breach of personal data security. The check-in agent mistakenly handed my national ID card to another passenger. I only became aware of this today. I am attaching a screenshot of my conversation with the woman currently in possession of my ID, which confirms that my document is now in Switzerland. I returned to Poland on 2 February 2026, and being left without my identity document has caused me extreme stress and exposed me to potential legal consequences. This incident constitutes a clear violation of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), as my personal data and official document were mishandled and disclosed to an unauthorized third party. Furthermore, out of fear of being charged again on my return flight from Geneva to KrakΓ³w, I was forced to discard my suitcase and purchase a standard backpack, incurring additional and unnecessary costs. In light of the above, I formally request an immediate refund of the unjustly charged fee of 58 EUR, as: my cabin bag complied with EasyJet’s requirements, the fee was imposed arbitrarily, other passengers were treated preferentially, and a serious GDPR breach occurred due to staff negligence. I also expect urgent information regarding the steps taken to recover my identity document and the measures implemented to prevent such incidents in the future. Please treat this matter with the seriousness it requires. BraΕ› Iwona iwka399@wp.pl KBWF75Q Nr konta : 32102029060000150201164920

Unresolved compensation claim.

Booking Ref KBPPKV2Z. Flight No 2060. Date of flight 13.12.25. The initial half hour delay was because of a medical emergency on the inbound flight. We were then boarded and sat in our seats for over an hour while technicians came on board to try and fix a water leak in the galley. We then left the gate to go to take off but were turned back and told that the problem in the galley hadnt been resolved and we were going back to the gate. We remained in our seats and the technicians came back on board and the stewards kept us informed. ~The decision was made by the technicians that the water tanks would have to be emptied which they proceeded to do. bottled water was brought on board and handed out to passengers who wanted it. but we were told that no hot water would be available for drinks because of the emptying of the tanks nor in fact would there be water in the toilets. We eventually left 4.5 hrs later and could only have bottled water or cold drinks from the trolley. Ive filled in the compensation claim form 4 times but they keep coming back saying the delay was because of the medical emergency. I then spoke to a easy jet representative who again refused to accept that the majority of the delay was because of a technical issue on the plane. I suggested she speak to the Pilot, cabin crew or even the technician but she said that wasnt possible and that I needed to provide proof which obviously I couldnt. I assume the other passengers are in the same situation. The delay was so long that the cabin crew told us that we were 20 minutes from have to get off the plane as they would be over their allowed hours. No reason given

The delay was not related to the weather as stated by EasyJet. The cabin crew indeed told us that the delay was related to the lack of airplane due to technical problem occurred the day before (04.01.26) of 3 of their aircrafts respectively: - 1 blocked in Greece due to technical problem to the radio system - 2 landed in the wrong airport (Paris, Charles de Gaulle and Tolouse (or closere airport in France)) The adverse weather occurred only in the afternoon of the day after (05.01.26) and itΒ΄s not correlated to the delay. Thus EasyJet cannot deny the refund to customers based on the weather conditions. Their false statement indeed violates European regulation (EC) No.261/2004.

On 21 December, I was booked to travel on easyJet flight EJU7198 from Birmingham to Barcelona with my family. From the morning of departure, easyJet repeatedly notified us via email, SMS, and the official easyJet mobile application that the flight was delayed. The easyJet app clearly displayed a revised departure time of 15:00, and this delayed status remained visible until approximately 13:30. Relying on this official information, we waited in the airport lounge and proceeded to the gate at approximately 14:00 to board the delayed flight. However, when we arrived at the gate at approximately 14:10, the gate had already been closed and we were therefore denied boarding, despite the easyJet app still showing the flight as delayed. This was not due to late arrival or passenger negligence, but solely due to incorrect and misleading delay information provided by the airline through its official communication channels. Subsequent Travel Arrangements As a direct result of being denied boarding, we were forced to make alternative travel arrangements at our own expense. We purchased replacement flights from Birmingham to Barcelona via Zurich on Lufthansa for the same day/next day arrival.

We received a hotel since the new flight is booked for tomorrow, the expenses will be updated accordingly since we only had two expenses so far (21st December) and they were the taxi to the hotel that they booked for us and the extension for my car parking in Newcastle. Problems at airport

There was a medical emergency on the flight and a doctor was called on. The doctor cleared the lady for flying but easyJet refused to let her fly.they then said that the crew is out of hours and we waited a few hours for the back up crew. They then told us 2 members of the back up crew are not fit to fly and our flight is cancelled. We did not fly because easyJet did not have sufficient back up crew available. Problems at airport

We were due to travel on 1/10, however there was a medical emergency and a lady on the plane was assessed by the doctors. She was assessed as fit to fly but easyJet refused her and did not allow her to fly. As a result the crew were out of hours to fly. They called their back up crew who we waited a few hours for. Unfortunately 2 members were not fit to fly. Therefore the reason we did not fly was because the back up crew was not fit to fly not due to the medical emergency. We did not fly out for over 24 hours. We had already thrown away all toiletries and had no food left for the baby. We were kept on the plane for hours before it was cancelled and not allowed any food, my 5 and 4 year old were crying from hunger as we had planned to buy them dinner on the plane. The flight the following day did not provide food. We did not arrive till 24 hours after and the children missed an extra 2 days of school

EasyJet Customer service was no help

Dear Customer Relations Team, I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the cancellation and subsequent rebooking of the flights (flight number EZY2652) for myself and my wife on our recent trip. The handling of these changes caused significant disruption to our holiday and resulted in additional expenses that we believe should be reimbursed. We were only notified by email of the cancellation two days into our holiday, despite the fact that our entire trip was just four days long. As we had no access to email during this time, we were unaware of the change until it was too late to plan accordingly. This left us with no reasonable opportunity to make alternative arrangements and caused major inconvenience. As a direct result of the disruption, we incurred the following additional costs: - Extra travel expenses from the airport to our accommodation - Costs related to finding and returning to another apartment - Charges for retrieving our car at Luton Airport - Loss of income, as both my wife and I were forced to miss work due to the rescheduled flight We request a full reimbursement of the additional expenses incurred, along with appropriate compensation for the significant inconvenience and loss of earnings caused. Please confirm the next steps for submitting our receipts and documentation. We look forward to your prompt response and resolution. Yours faithfully, Adrian Allen 07958981701
