Strike

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally request compensation under Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 in relation to the cancellation of flight LH1828 on 12 February 2026, booked under reservation code (9GWZEF). Original itinerary: PoznaΕ„ (POZ) – Bilbao (BIO), via Munich Scheduled arrival in Bilbao: 12 February 2026 at approximately 18:00 The cancellation was communicated with less than 14 days’ notice and was due to a strike by the Ufo and Vereinigung Cockpit unions, as confirmed in Lufthansa’s own communication. Following the cancellation, we were rebooked to arrive in Bilbao on 14 February 2026 at approximately 12:00, resulting in a delay of more than 40 hours at our final destination. Four passengers were travelling under this booking, including two minors (aged 11 and 13). The disruption caused significant inconvenience, loss of planned time, and alteration of personal and professional commitments. As the strike involved Lufthansa’s own staff, it does not constitute extraordinary circumstances within the meaning of Article 5(3) of Regulation 261/2004, according to established EU case law. Furthermore, as our arrival at the final destination was delayed by more than three hours, compensation is due pursuant to Articles 5 and 7 of the Regulation. Given the flight distance (within the 1,500–3,500 km bracket), we hereby request payment of EUR 400 per passenger, amounting to a total of EUR 1,600. Please confirm the payment procedure within 14 days of receipt of this message. Should we not receive a satisfactory response within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to escalate the matter to the relevant National Enforcement Body or pursue further legal remedies. We look forward to your prompt resolution of this matter. Kind regards, Inigo Cordon Moreno Nowina 28a /1 60-589 PoznaΕ„ .Poland Tel.0048510134948 inigocordon@post.pl Booking reference 9GWZEF Passenger names: Inigo Cordon Moreno Anna Maria Labuda Jan Javier Cordon Labuda Teo Cordon Labuda

No reason given

I do not have any other documentation. On the way there, flight Frankfurt to Amsterdam was cancelled (raised claim for that 608203). As a result of this, I had to move my return flight from 26 September (as per initial ticket) to 28 September. The flight on 28 September from Frankfurt to Salzburg was then cancelled

Money charged - no ticket, can't reach support, can't login anymore!

Yesterday I was browsing tickets from Munich to Belgrade and ended up on the booking confirmation page, but went AFK for a while. Then returned and tried to pay the tickets (~200 Euro), but got a technical error. I tried several times, then closed the page and returned to the main page. It logged me out and I had to log in again, so I though that the ended session due to my AFK was the reason I got technical error when I tried to buy tickets again. I thought ok and left it for the moment, I didn't proceed then with buying those tickets. I also don't have any email confirmation regarding this booking, neither do I have them in my bookings overview in my Lufthansa app. Now today I go to my bank account and see that this 200 euro transaction was actually performed, I was charged these money and they are in the process of being sent. So I immediately proceed to Lufthansa website and found out I can't log in anymore! I can not log in into the website. I get a technical error when I try to login with email & password (I am sure they are correct), but also when I try to reset my password using email (I get technical error again), and when I try to reset it using my miles&more id, I get the email link to reset, and then it leads me to the page asking me to set a new PIN and when I try I again get a technical error. So, first of all, I am request an immediate refund or cancellation of the payment, because I didn't get the tickets. Secondly, why can't I log in to my account anymore?

I am writing to report an incident of denied boarding for flight [Flight Number] on [Date]. At the time of boarding, the airline staff informed me that I was not allowed to travel, claiming that my Canadian Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) had been cancelled. I would like to highlight the following points regarding this situation: No Prior Notice: I received no prior notification or email from IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) stating that my eTA was under review or cancelled. As far as I was aware, my travel documents were in full compliance. Lack of Proof: The airline staff failed to provide any official written documentation or proof from the Canadian authorities to justify the cancellation of my boarding right at that specific moment. No Assistance: I was not offered any alternative flights, rebooking options, or any form of assistance by the airline staff following this refusal. I believe this denial of boarding was unjustified or resulted from a technical error in the airline's verification system. Therefore, I am seeking a full review of my case for the compensation I am entitled to under passenger rights regulations.

I am writing to whomever this may concern, regarding myself and my girlfriend’s disgraceful treatment and travel during our planned holiday to Malta. I would firstly like to make it clear that we have experienced the worst treatment travelling In both of our lives up to this date. We have been mistreated, disrespected and neglected. Before I run you through the chain of events, I would like to make a point that this was our first holiday together as a couple which has added to the traumatic experience. I want to start by explaining what transpired in the airport before even travelling. We had planned our route carefully and were completely prepared to arrive at the airport 3 hours before departure. We approached the check in desk with our passports and booking confirmation ready to be checked by a Lufthansa representative at the desk. As we began to speak with this representative unbeknownst to us he informed us that we stand by tickets, which at that moment we had no idea we had. We looked at our tickets and confirmation email and there was no information ever explaining we had standby tickets or seats. We were very confused at this as he said to proceed to the gate anyway and it should be fine. As we waited for the gate to open patiently we had no idea of the events that would transpire. We approached the gate for boarding and were told to wait as our tickets were standby, again not knowing what this even was. As the line got smaller and smaller we were then told there may be a possibility of us not being allowed to board the plane which was not only concerning but disgusting to imagine, as we were potentially about to be denied something we paid for. As we got to the gate we were then told we cannot board the flight and were screamed at by one of the Lufthansa staff who in her own words said one of you can get on the plane the other will have to stay here, she then stated if neither of us want to board then we will both miss out on our paid flight to Munich and thereafter Malta. Feeling verbally abused and mistreated we refused to leave each other. We were told to proceed downstairs to the service desk for more information as they made us miss our connecting flight to Malta by not letting us get on the plane. When we got to the service desk we were informed that they would try and get us on an available flight the same day and connecting flight and compensated, but only one of us would be, which is also a disgrace as we had both paid for this holiday and should both be compensated. At this point we were both under duress and stress and extremely anxious whether we would even get another flight at all. We were distraught at the whole situation. The Service desk employee told us there was a flight available but we needed to leave immediately which we agreed to but was told our bag would not be on the flight with us and assured us that it would definitely get to Frankfurt in time for our connecting flight in frankfurt as our layover was supposed to be seven hours but we will get to that as well. We were booked with Lufthansa again and sent to Frankfurt to then travel to Malta. When we arrived in Frankfurt we wanted to find out where our bag was and once again were greeted with hostility at the service desk there, being told they were not sure but it should be on our connecting flight with us to Malta which we believed as they said they could track it and see. Once again waiting for a flight unsure of whether we would be able to board or even where our luggage was. We proceeded to the gate where we were once again greeted by abusive comments from the gate staff telling us our bag is not going to be on board as it has not been scanned in Frankfurt, another disappointment that came our way and made us feel even worse, again all before we had even reached Malta. We waited over 1 hour for the flight which resulted in us arriving in Malta late and missing a whole day of our holiday. On arrival at the airport we waited to see if there was a small chance of our luggage being on the conveyor belt (No luck) which we were not overly surprised with. We went to the service desk where we filled out a lost luggage form and were told it might arrive the next day. With no clothes and less money we were extremely mentally, physically and emotionally exhausted from the chain of events which had not yet ended there. As we had no clothes but the clothes on our backs and no guarantee of when the luggage would arrive we had no choice but to buy clothes to help us get through the coming days which turned out to be important as we did not receive the luggage until two days later. We will attach all receipts for your reference to this mail as we believe it is our right to be compensated for everything spent except food and beverages and the treatment we have received for this appalling display of customer service. This has caused trauma for us both will be making a formal complaint to the appropriate authorities regarding our treatment as well. Myself and my partner were also not compensated for this which we were told we would.

Request for Compensation Due to Flight Irregularities and Baggage Problems

Dear Sir/Madam, On February 1, 2026, I had a scheduled flight from Philadelphia to Ankara with Lufthansa (Booking reference: OVOX9N). However, without any prior notification, my flight was rescheduled to January 29. I discovered this change when I attempted to check in on January 31. After approximately 90 minutes of communication with customer service, I was informed that new tickets for February 1 had been issued and sent to me via email (Screenshot – 1 attached). However, when I arrived at Philadelphia Airport on February 1, I was told that my tickets were not valid. Following another 60-minute call with customer service, new tickets were arranged (Screenshot – 2 attached). This process was extremely stressful. Had I relied solely on Lufthansa staff’s statement that β€œyour tickets have been issued” and not gone to the airport early, I would have faced accommodation problems that day. My new travel route was Philadelphia – Montreal – Munich – Ankara. The flight from Montreal to Munich departed with a one-hour delay. Upon arrival in Munich, we had to wait more than 30 minutes because another aircraft was occupying the parking position. As a result, I was at risk of missing my connecting flight to Ankara. Fortunately, the connecting flight waited for passengers, and I was able to board. However, my baggages were not transferred to the SunExpress flight from Munich to Ankara. I arrived in Ankara on February 2, but my baggages were only delivered to me on February 7. Moreover, one of my suitcases was damaged. A photo is attached. Additionally, I would like to emphasize that I was in the United States during this period and had to call Lufthansa customer service from my Turkish mobile line. This resulted in approximately 150 minutes of international phone calls, which caused a very high charge on my phone bill. This added further financial burden to the already stressful situation. This entire experience has caused me significant inconvenience and stress. From a reputable airline such as Lufthansa, I expect more reliable service for its passengers. Therefore, I kindly request that a thorough investigation be conducted and that appropriate compensation be provided for the baggage damage, delays, and the additional costs incurred due to the lengthy international customer service calls. Relevant documents and photos are attached. Yours sincerely, Nurten Gizem TORE Contact: Phone: +90 507 607 23 24 E-mail: gizemtore@hotmail.com

Technical problems

I contacted and made a claim to Lufthansa about the 6 hours flight delay on December 28, 2025 from SFO to Frankfurt and they say it was not an issue. The flight was delayed and I almost broke my ankle catching a much later flight home to Munich which the airline would not complete as a problem. In fact, upon arriving in Frankfurt on the delayed LH9407 flight, we were told no flights would fly to Munich. I managed to run and catch the last one, but my luggage was delayed by 2 days. The main issue: I had a scheduled meeting to attend on Dec 29, 2025 and the delay of my flight LH9407 was unreasonable managed, I was not able to find food or drink water for over 4 hours because the airline had technical delays and as a passenger I was stuck on the flight before they debarked us at night. Only to out is back in the flight 6 hours later. But the airline will not acknowledge this even though it was a Lufthansa flight to Germany. On December 28, 2025 the Lufthansa airline boarded passengers on flight LH9407 and made us sit on the aircraft for over 2hrs before telling engine to get off. We had no water to drink and no food. They said it was a mechanical error. I bought a Lufthansa flight that collaborated with an American airline and got this reason Lufthansa will not honour reimbursement for the 6 hour delay of flight LH0407 on 28.12.2025. Passengers were given a €30 voucher for dinner at the SFO Airport just as all shops at the airport were closing. We then had to wait in line for over 3hours to confirm or negotiate with Crew members about our connecting flights, mine was too Munich on flight LH112, which I missed. We finally boarded flight LH9407 at midnight. Upon arriving in Frankfurt I ran to try to catch the connecting flight and almost broke my ankle. I did manage to catch the last flight into Munich, but only because I ran. The Lufthansa crew member who told us we would not catch a flight because it was too late made other, slower passengers miss that flight. I would like reimbursement for the deadly of my flight to Germany worth Lufthansa, and the anxiety and physical distress this caused me. I still have ankle issues from that trip incident and delay. Thank you.

Dear Lufthansa Although you confirmed on 13 December 2025 that I am entitled to compensation for a missed connection and requested my bank details, I have still not received the payment. Since your approval, I have contacted you several times, provided all the requested bank details, and attached a copy of your confirmation email. Despite this, I have received no response from your side and no compensation has been transferred to my account. I am very disappointed and feel frustrated that I must continue to insist on receiving compensation that has already been approved. I expect that this matter will now be handled promptly and that the payment will be processed without further delay. I sincerely hope this issue can be resolved directly. However, should there be no response or payment within a reasonable timeframe, I will have no choice but to seek assistance from the Swedish National Enforcement Body (SΓ–K) and, if necessary, the EU Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) system. For your reference, my details are listed below: Claim reference (FB ID): 42415042 Passenger name: Batia Augustsson Bank details for payment: IBAN: SE47 6000 0000 0003 2625 0271 BIC (National Bank ID): HANDSESS Clearing number: 6195 Account number: 326250271 I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves. Our original flight was scheduled to depart on January 16, 2026, at 19:45. On January 14, at 18:40, we received a notification that our flight had been cancelled and that we were rebooked on a flight for January 17, 2026, at 11:20. As we are a family of five (two adults and three children), this delay of nearly 16 hours forced us to arrange overnight accommodations and meals independently. Lufthansa provided no support or guidance beyond the automated cancellation email. Please find the following points regarding our claim: Accommodation: Since we are a family of five, we had to book two hotel rooms. The receipt for this stay is attached. Meals: We required meals during this extended delay. While I do not have the restaurant receipt, I have attached the corresponding credit card statement as proof of purchase. Circumstances of Cancellation: It is important to note that Lufthansa was the only airline that chose to cancel flights to Israel during this period, specifically targeting night flights while continuing day operations. Other airlines maintained their regular schedules. This suggests the cancellation was an operational choice rather than "extraordinary circumstances" beyond the airline's control. Furthermore, regarding the statutory compensation, please note that according to the Israeli Law each passenger is entitled to a compensation of approximately €850 and certainly not the lower tier of €400. I expect the compensation for all five family members to be calculated accordingly."

Original Travel Plan My original itinerary involved the following flights: Lufthansa LH1371 Route: Krakow International Airport (KRK) β†’ Frankfurt Airport (FRA) Scheduled departure: 5 December 2025, 6:00 AM Scheduled arrival: 5 December 2025, 7:45 AM Singapore Airlines SQ25 Route: Frankfurt Airport (FRA) β†’ Singapore Scheduled departure: 5 December 2025, 11:25 PM This itinerary allowed sufficient transfer time at Frankfurt Airport and was planned to ensure a smooth return to Singapore on the same day. --- Flight Cancellation At approximately 1:00 AM on 5 December 2025, I received an email notification from Trip.com informing me that Lufthansa flight LH1371 had been cancelled. Upon checking the flight schedules and airport departure information, it was observed that all other flights departing from Krakow that morning were operating as scheduled, with LH1371 being the only cancelled flight. A screenshot of the departure board showing this information has been provided as supporting evidence. The cancellation occurred with very short notice, leaving insufficient time to arrange an alternative Lufthansa or Star Alliance connection that would allow me to reach Frankfurt in time to board SQ25. --- Impact on Connecting Flight Due to the cancellation of LH1371, I was unable to travel from Krakow to Frankfurt as planned. As a result, I missed my onward Singapore Airlines flight SQ25, which departed Frankfurt at 11:25 PM on 5 December 2025. No suitable alternative flights were offered by Lufthansa that would allow me to connect to SQ25 on the same day. Consequently, the missed connection was unavoidable and entirely beyond my control. --- Alternative Travel Arrangements To return to Singapore as planned and to minimise further disruption, I had to urgently purchase a new replacement flight ticket at my own expense. The alternative itinerary booked was with Turkish Airlines, as follows: TK1272: Krakow β†’ Istanbul Departure: 5 December 2025, 9:15 AM TK208: Istanbul β†’ Singapore This routing allowed me to depart Krakow on the same day despite the Lufthansa cancellation. --- Financial Loss and Claim Basis As a direct result of the cancellation of LH1371 and the resulting missed connection, I incurred additional and unplanned expenses, primarily: The full cost of a new Turkish Airlines ticket (TK1272/TK208) Any related expenses arising directly from the disruption (supported by receipts) These costs were unavoidable and incurred solely to ensure my return to Singapore after the original itinerary was disrupted.

Strike

Our original flights were cancelled because of the strike, leaving us without a viable alternative provided by the airline. As a consequence, we were forced to book an additional night in an Airbnb at our own expense. Furthermore, in order to get home as quickly as possible, we had to book a completely new flight departing from Boston, as this was the fastest available option. These circumstances caused significant stress, disruption to our travel plans, and unexpected financial burden. I believe that these additional expenses were a direct result of the flight cancellations and therefore kindly request a review of our case and appropriate compensation or reimbursement for the extra costs incurred

I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding flight LH1422 from Frankfurt (FRA) to Bucharest (OTP) on 14 January, booking code 833FFC, involving a group of six passengers. We arrived in Frankfurt at 17:40 from MalΓ© and had a confirmed connecting flight to Bucharest scheduled to depart at 20:35, with boarding gates closing at 20:20. On the printed boarding passes issued by Lufthansa, the assigned gate was A11. After passing all security and passport controls, we proceeded directly to gate A11 and remained there waiting to board. Around 20:00, we noticed passengers disembarking from another aircraft and observed ground staff moving between the boarding desk and the aircraft. The nearby gates were A11 and A12, with four information screens in total. Two displayed Lufthansa flights, while the other two later showed Swiss flights, which raised our concern. We immediately checked the general flight information screens and discovered that the boarding gate had been changed to A13. This gate was approximately 50 meters away, but the visibility between the gates was obstructed by a shopping area, preventing us from seeing the boarding process. We arrived at gate A13 at approximately 20:25. The three ground staff members present were unhelpful and dismissive, stating that the aircraft had already departed and that our names had allegedly been announced β€œ10 times over the PA system.” This statement is completely false. Given that we were a group of six people seated together, it is inconceivable that none of us would have heard such announcements. At that moment, the aircraft had not departed, and the jet bridge was still attached. Nevertheless, we were refused boarding and instructed to go to the Lufthansa ticket desk. After approximately 10 minutes, we reached the ticketing area, where we were treated unprofessionally and again told that the situation was entirely our fault for not continuously checking the gates. Initially, we were asked to pay €600 per person for rebooking on the next day’s flight. Later, this was reduced to €250 per person, with strong pressure to decide within 10 minutes. Under stress and without reasonable alternatives, we paid €1,500 in total for six new tickets. Subsequently, we verified online that flight LH1422 actually departed at 20:45, contradicting the claim that it had β€œalready left.” Additionally, on the following day, while waiting at gate A36 for another flight, we observed Lufthansa ground staff still calling a missing passenger five minutes before scheduled departure, demonstrating that boarding procedures were still ongoing well after the official gate closing time. This further reinforces our belief that we were unjustly denied boarding. As a result of this incident, we incurred: β€’ €1,500 in forced rebooking fees β€’ Hotel accommodation costs for an overnight stay near the airport β€’ Additional transportation expenses We respectfully request: 1. A full investigation into this incident, including review of gate announcements and CCTV recordings 2. Reimbursement of the rebooking fees and associated expenses 3. Clarification regarding Lufthansa’s gate change and boarding announcement procedures We look forward to your written response within the timeframe required by EU Regulation 261/2004. And they didn't send an email or notification. And then we called the airline and they changed our flights to 12th April 12.55pm. and then we had to book another hotel. Because the one we had before wasn't available from the 12th April.

Problems at airport

First flight from London to Frankfurt took off late. Passengers arrived at the gate on time, but the crew did not. They got there late, casually walked up to the gate and even went to get coffee first. Because we took off late, we landed late, and missed our connection. We eventually arrived at our destination over 4 hours late. There was no communication from the airline other than a text message saying they had rebooked us onto another flight. We got this when we landed in Frankfurt. We lost precious time in South Korea (we were only there for 2 days) and it was so stressful with a 1 year old as the new flight we got booked onto did not have a bassinet free (which we had booked on the flight we missed). The airline gave us a 15 euro voucher for food.

Yerevan-Los Angeles

No reason given

Dear Lufthansa Customer Relations Team, I am writing to formally complain about the prolonged delay of my flight from Frankfurt to Los Angeles on 16 December, as well as the unequal and confusing handling of passenger rights and compensation information during this delay. The flight was originally scheduled to depart at 10:25. However, the departure time was repeatedly postponed: first to 11:00, then 11:30, 12:00, 12:50, and subsequently several times more, until the final departure around 16:00. I arrived in Frankfurt at 06:55 and therefore waited at the airport for approximately nine hours before departure. While waiting, passengers received vouchers, which I did use. However, the core issue is not the vouchers, but the handling of compensation rights. At approximately 15:10, a Lufthansa representative approached a group of passengers and informed them that they would be provided with compensation claim forms if they had entered the EU and were on a connecting flight. When I indicated that I had arrived from Yerevan, I was told that compensation β€œdoes not work” for me, and I was not given the same information or documentation as other passengers. This situation raises serious concerns. I was physically present in Frankfurt airport, departing from an EU airport, affected by the same delay, under the same operational circumstances as other passengers. Yet, access to information about compensation was selectively offered based on origin, without a clear legal explanation. This creates the impression of unequal treatment of passengers in identical conditions, which is both troubling and difficult to justify. It is unclear on what legal basis some passengers were invited to submit compensation claims while others were excluded, despite being equally affected by the delay. I respectfully request: A clear written explanation of the criteria used by Lufthansa staff to determine who was informed about compensation eligibility. Clarification on whether my case falls under EU Regulation 261/2004, given that the flight departed from an EU airport. Written confirmation of my right to submit a compensation claim, or a detailed legal justification if Lufthansa believes I am not eligible. Transparency and equal treatment are fundamental principles of passenger rights. Different standards for passengers in the same situation undermine trust and raise legitimate concerns about fairness. I look forward to your detailed response. Kind regards, Shushanik Avagyan

The flight was cancelled without any communication being provided (no emails or text about the flight cancellation). Upon arrival to the airport Lufthansa staff said they'll send notification in an hour but nothing was sent. I've contacted Lufthansa, Expedia and Brussels Airlines support to get clarification. The sequence is below: - Lufthansa online support says that the flight is operated by Brussels airways and we should contact them and cancels the chat; - Expedia says that although we bought the ticket from them it's Brussels airways who controls the tickets and should be able to issue replacement; - Brussels Airways say that we need to either contact Lufthansa who canceled the flight or Expedia from whom we've bought the tickets. That creates the full circle with no single party taking responsibility for cancelled flight or offering the possible solution. After hours of waiting the new option to rebook the flight appears in the Lufthansa chatbot where I rebook the flight for the Iberia flight which takes place next morning from Lyon to Madrid to Stockholm.

I was involuntarily denied boarding on 04 January 2026 on my Lufthansa-operated itinerary GVA–FRA–IAH (UA8795 / UA8866). Prior to travel, Lufthansa confirmed my dog for in-cabin travel both orally by phone and in writing via email (attached) for all flight segments. Despite this confirmation, I was denied boarding at Geneva Airport. Ground staff stated the pet was not added to the FRA–IAH segment and incorrectly claimed that dogs are not allowed to enter Houston. I presented the applicable CDC regulations confirming entry from Switzerland, but boarding was still refused. This denial resulted from Lufthansa’s internal administrative error and misinformation, not from any non-compliance on my part. No compensation and personnel were extremely rude. I am therefore requesting €600 compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004 for involuntary denied boarding,

Full Refund Requested – Booking 98F5HI (Not Traveling)

Dear Lufthansa Customer Service Team, I am contacting you through this channel, as instructed by your Customer Relations team, after being informed that requests must be handled via the official forms on your website. However, I am unable to submit my request through the β€œRefunds” section, as the booking has already been cancelled and the system does not allow the process to be completed once a cancellation has been made. I would like to request confirmation and processing of a full refund for the entire amount paid for booking 98F5HI, which was a duplicate booking made by mistake. I have decided not to travel with Lufthansa at all and therefore request a refund of the full amount of SEK 9,596. I would like to expressly state that I sent an email to Lufthansa requesting the cancellation and refund well before 24 hours had elapsed since the tickets were purchased, immediately after identifying the error. Additionally, I contacted your customer service by phone, where the agent confirmed that the full amount would be refunded. During that call, it was agreed that I would receive an email confirming this information, which I unfortunately never received. None of the tickets have been used. However, the cancellation confirmation email I later received does not include any information regarding the refund amount or the estimated timeframe for the refund to be processed, which is why I am requesting written confirmation. I would therefore appreciate it if you could confirm: That a full refund of SEK 9,596 will be issued Which booking(s) this refund applies to The estimated timeframe for the amount to be credited back to the original method of payment This refund is particularly important to me, as I urgently need the funds to purchase another ticket for my son’s sports competition. Thank you in advance for your understanding and prompt assistance in resolving this matter. I look forward to your written confirmation. Kind regards, Emerita Errasti

Complaint Regarding Flight 873KPI – Medical Distress and Lack of Assistance

Dear Austrian Airl I am submitting this additional complaint in relation to Flight 873KPI on 20 December 2024 from Vienna to Skopje. During the multiple failed landing attempts and the subsequent diversion, I experienced serious physical distress, including intense headache and severe ear pain. This situation caused significant suffering and made it medically impossible for me to continue the journey. Despite my visible condition and requests for assistance, I did not receive appropriate medical support, guidance, or proper care from the airline staff. I was left to manage the situation on my own after leaving the aircraft. This experience was extremely distressing, physically painful, and completely unacceptable for a passenger in your care. I therefore request that Austrian Airlines fully review this case and provide additional compensation for the physical and emotional suffering caused by the lack of adequate assistance and duty of care, in accordance with EU passenger rights obligations and general consumer protection principles. expect a formal written response and a fair resolution of this matter.
