Dear Ryanair Customer Service / EU261 Team, I am writing to formally complain and request a review of my case regarding involuntary denied boarding on Ryanair flight FR7473 from Eindhoven to Porto on 19 July 2026. Passenger: Muhammad Rafique Shahzad Email: msubhan800@icloud.com Booking number: V5EH2Q Flight: FR7473 Route: Eindhoven (EIN) – Porto (OPO) Date: 19 July 2026 Scheduled departure: 10:20 Scheduled arrival: 12:00 Assigned seat: 34B I had a confirmed reservation and completed online check-in. I travelled from Rotterdam to Eindhoven Airport during the night/early morning and arrived at the airport well before my scheduled departure. I had a boarding pass showing seat 34B. I went to the Ryanair counter because of an issue with my boarding pass, and the staff assisted me and told me that I would get my seat at the gate. I went to the gate on time. However, I was then refused boarding and told that there were no seats available on the aircraft. I did not voluntarily give up my seat and I did not miss the flight. I was at the airport and at the gate on time, had a confirmed reservation, had completed check-in and had a boarding pass with an assigned seat. Three other passengers were also refused boarding at the same time. I went back to the Ryanair counter and was told that I could potentially travel the following day. This was not possible for me because I needed to reach Portugal on 19 July for an important appointment concerning my children. Because I was refused boarding, I had to purchase alternative transportation at my own expense. I purchased a Transavia flight from Eindhoven to Lisbon and then a FlixBus from Lisbon to Porto for EUR 16.98. I eventually arrived in Porto much later than the original scheduled arrival time of 12:00. This caused me additional expenses, significant loss of time, physical exhaustion and inconvenience. I was also told at Eindhoven Airport that the money paid for my original Ryanair booking would be refunded to the account/payment method used to purchase the ticket. I have still not received this refund. I previously submitted an EU261 claim, but it was incorrectly assessed as a flight delay claim and rejected because the flight was not delayed by more than three hours. My claim is NOT for flight delay. My claim is for INVOLUNTARY DENIED BOARDING. My EU261 application ID is 79521759. I therefore request that Ryanair: 1. Reopen and reassess my case as an involuntary denied boarding claim under EU Regulation 261/2004. 2. Pay the applicable EU261 compensation for involuntary denied boarding. 3. Process the refund of my original Ryanair ticket (€241.00 paid through Kiwi.com). 4. Review and reimburse my reasonable additional travel expenses caused by the denied boarding, including the Transavia ticket and EUR 16.98 FlixBus ticket. I am attaching my supporting evidence: Ryanair booking confirmation; Ryanair boarding pass showing seat 34B; Kiwi.com invoice showing EUR 241.00; Transavia booking and payment receipt; FlixBus ticket showing EUR 16.98; EU261 application result 79521759. Please treat this as a formal complaint and EU261 denied boarding claim. If Ryanair maintains that I am not entitled to compensation, please provide the specific factual and legal reason for the decision, taking into account that I was involuntarily denied boarding despite having a confirmed reservation, completing check-in and having an assigned seat. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and provide me with a case/reference number. Kind regards, Muhammad Rafique Shahzad Email: msubhan800@icloud.com Booking: V5EH2Q Flight: FR7473 Eindhoven β†’ Porto 19 July 2026

Claim escalated to airline

My suitcase was lost, and it contained all of my clothes and personal belongings for the holiday. As a result, I had to purchase essential replacement items, including basic T-shirts, toiletries, boxers, socks and swim shorts, as I had no suitable clothing with me. This has had a significant impact on my holiday, both financially and personally. I have had to make unexpected and substantial expenses simply to have the basic necessities I needed while away. The suitcase is still missing and has not been returned to me, which has caused further inconvenience and affected my enjoyment of the holiday.

I was travelling with my family, when we were about to board, an airport worker couldn’t let us go through, because our baggage wasn’t paid. I had to pay for my baggage twice because the plane was ready to take off and everyone was waiting for us. I was trying to tell the worker that I have paid and I have it on my ticket but they wouldn’t listen to me and I had to pay either way. The baggage was more expensive than my ticket. I showed her proof on my bank account, but still they wouldn’t let us through.

Technical problems

We were delayed just over 15 hours. I don’t believe there was a bird strike as they loaded everyone onto the plane before even mentioning it and told everyone to get off the plane after being sat on board for 40 minutes. They only provided Β£3.50 refreshment vouchers per person every 3 hours. We arrived at our final destination by roughly 4am on the Friday 28th August. Missed a day with my family as I’m visiting my dad out here. Very inconvenient sitting in an airport with two children. Stressful, tired, kids were crying.

The night from hell in dublin airport

I was on a flight from Dublin to nice on August 24th 2026 We boarded the plane and were kept on board for three hours before being told the flight was being cancelled. We were then coralled into the airport and asked to queue multiple hours to organise an alternative flight and accommodation only to be told after multiple hours there were none available. I had to book an alternative flight for the following morning with another airline as there were no flights or accommodation available.I had to stay in the airport all night We weren't offered as much as drop of water. Our plane and I believe another was packed with young children and there exhausted parents. It was a disgraceful set of events for which I feel I should be appropriately compensated Claire Clinton

I am writing to formally and urgently lodge a complaint regarding the distressing events of 19th August, when my family and I were unfairly denied boarding for our flight at Bristol Airport. As part of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower scheme, we were traveling with our 6-year-old autistic daughter. Due to unfamiliarity with airport procedures, we did not receive assistance at check-in. While waiting in the crowded terminal, the overwhelming environment triggered a severe meltdown. We made the arduous 20-minute journey from gate 31 to gate 15 while managing our distressed child, arriving a mere 2 minutes after the official gate closure time. Callous Treatment at the Gate To our horror, passengers were still actively walking through the door and boarding the aircraft. However, a female staff member with black hair and glasses blocked our entry. Despite seeing a vulnerable, panic-stricken child and hearing our explanation, she completely lacked empathy and refused us access, telling us to return to the main desks. The Financial and Emotional Fallout We endured another exhausting 20-minute walk back, only to be escorted to a Ryanair representative by security. Desperate not to ruin our long-awaited family trip, we were forced to pay an extra Β£300 for replacement tickets for the following day, severely depleting our holiday funds. When we flew the next day, every staff member we spoke to expressed shock, stating that the gate agent’s refusal was entirely wrong and that she should face disciplinary action. While the second day's assistance was appreciated, it could not undo the trauma. Our 6-year-old daughter was left crying her eyes out, and to this day, she still talks about 19th August as the worst day of her life. Demands for Compensation The gate agent witnessed a neurodivergent child in severe distress, watched passengers still boarding, and still callously turned us away. We are demanding full compensation for the unfair denied boarding, the Β£300 additional cost we were forced to pay under duress, and accountability for the appalling lack of professionalism shown by this staff member. I look forward to your prompt response. Kind regards,

The gate just closed in front of us without warning or announcement as we followed the queue over 20 minutes before the flight departure. It was at least 8 people that were turned away. I saw the last people go in,by the time I reached the desk I was told it was closed. The plane was due to depart at 12.45. I was at the desk before 12.25. I was sitting in the waiting area for 45 minutes it's not like I arrived late. Same goes for the other people involved.

Was denied boarding with at least 7 other people even though we were there at the boarding deskover 20 minutes before departure. There was no last call announcement made either. Customer services on site said they can't do anything. t

I wasn't allowed to board. The desk just suddenly closed as we were walking to it. The staff was rude and uncooperative. I had to go back through security and not able to book another flight today. I had to buy a ticket for tomorrow plus book busses both ways to and from the airport. I find this unacceptable. I think the flight was over booked and at full capacity.

Went to claim on Ryan Air website and they responded saying is was an Air Traffic control issue. That is a blatant cover story to get out of paying. We were to board at 14:00hrs, and depart at 14:30hrs - we didn't board until 17:50hrs - which is 3hrs 20 mins after flight should have left. We were then kept on the plane for almost 2 hours before allowed to fly due to ATC advising if adverse weather conditions, but we were already over 3hrs late by then. Planes were taking off shortly (20-30 mins) before we boarded and some even landed while we were sat for 2 hours on the plane waiting for a slot

My checked suitcase was delayed by 6 days and the stroller chassis was delayed by 9 days. I do not have receipts for essential items because the suitcase eventually arrived but the stroller chassis was a special extra-fee item meant as a gift for my daughter who is expecting twins. I am requesting a full refund of the additional baggage fee I paid for the chassis as the airline failed to deliver this priority item on time and caused a massive delay.

Ryanair diverted flight to Madrid

The flight was diverted to Madrid airport, resulting in a final arrival delay of over 3 hours. Ryanair has cited "abrupt weather changes" as the reason for this diversion to claim an extraordinary circumstance exemption under EU Regulation 261/2004 (and its UK equivalent). However, I am contesting this assessment. When our aircraft passed directly over our destination, there were visibly clear skies. Furthermore, multiple flights from other airlines successfully landed at Santander during the exact same timeframe that our flight was diverted. Because other carriers successfully navigated the local conditions, Ryanair’s decision to divert constitutes an operational and commercial choice rather than an unavoidable safety necessity. Therefore, the disruption cannot be classified as an extraordinary circumstance.

hello, I was flying with you yesterday the 26th of August at the evening flight that was supposed to take off at 21:10 and had a slight delay. from Venice Marco Polo to Berlin ber airport and my hand luggage was slightly bigger after the flight attendants asked me to put it inside the luggage measure. I explained I had a long day outside and not enough time to pack properly and squeeze it all and then I also pulled out my jacket that took most of the space but they were somehow still not convinced and forced me to pay 49€ even though it was not much more already from the size allowed. I also want to mention that after boarding the plane there were at least 6 seats free and a lot of space and another fact is my friend Thomas Selow that unfortunately couldn’t join me for this trip because of sickness and according to your strict policy he unfortunately couldn’t get a refund. I forgot to mention this to the flight attendants because they stressed me as I was also one of the last persons to board the flight. at this point of the flight the flight crew knows already there are people missing but still you insist to charge more money even though they’re is plenty of space. I happen to know that my friend couldn’t make it and I could easily count in instead of his luggage that was paid for completely in advanced. I am sorry to write this but I was traveling with you few times and also with other low cost companies and unfortunately this is not the first time I came across problem and over strict maintenance that I didn’t had with others. I therefore ask you to give me a refund for that incident and pay back the 49€ to my account. here’s my account details: Michal Agasi Berliner Volksbank DE97 100 900 002929 498006 and I’m attaching a photo of the receipt you gave me looking forward to your answer and hoping you will send the refund as soon as possible.

We ended up arriving in Malta at 8am, after being forced to spend the night at Barcelona's airport. I believe that the airline did a terrible job at handling this situation as after being advised that we will be delayed for 3 hours, they still let us board the plane only to let us know after around 1 hour sitting on the aircraft that the crew's hours have been exhausted and that they can no longer fly us leaving us stranded in the airport. Additionally, the only form of compensation and 'vouchers' received by the airline came to us by email at 04:16, 3 hours after this whole debacle took place and just 45 minutes prior to when we were supposed to be at the gate for the new departure.

We spent 56 hours without our luggage and only had what we stood in. We did not make any significant purchases as we where told our cases would be delivered to us but we did not get them until 19.44 on Friday 7th August. The baggage handlers of Ryanair mishandled our suitcases. They were throwing them onto one another with great force from a considerable distanceβ€”something I witnessed firsthand while waiting to board. As a result, one side of my suitcase shattered, rendering it completely unusable. I therefore request reimbursement for the damage incurred (€115) as well as an additional €20 to account for inflation over the three years since the suitcase was purchased. Total 135 EUR.

Claim escalated to airline

On 25 August 2026, I arrived at Berlin Brandenburg Airport to board my Ryanair flight from Berlin to Bari, Italy (reservation W5TN9A). I presented my Italian paper identity card as my travel document. I was denied boarding by Ryanair staff on the grounds that the Italian paper identity card is no longer valid for travel abroad as of 3 August 2026, following a regulatory change introduced by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I wish to highlight the following key facts which, in my view, demonstrate that Ryanair bears significant responsibility for this incident: 1. ONLINE CHECK-IN WAS COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY Prior to arriving at the airport, I completed Ryanair's online check-in process using the same Italian paper identity card. Ryanair's system accepted the document without any warning, error, or notification that it would not be valid at the boarding gate. This created a legitimate expectation on my part that I would be permitted to board. The document was accepted digitally by Ryanair and then refused physically at the gate β€” a direct contradiction. 2. NO PRIOR NOTIFICATION FROM RYANAIR At no point before the date of travel did Ryanair notify me β€” by email, SMS, push notification, or any other means β€” that the Italian paper identity card would no longer be accepted as a valid travel document as of 3 August 2026. Ryanair held my full contact details, including my email address, and had ample opportunity to inform me of this change. Other carriers proactively communicated this regulatory update to their passengers. Ryanair's failure to do so was a significant omission that directly contributed to the denied boarding. 3. NO NOTIFICATION FROM ITALIAN AUTHORITIES I am an Italian citizen registered with AIRE (the official Registry of Italians Residing Abroad), meaning the Italian government held my registered foreign address. Despite this, I received no individual notification from the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs or any other Italian authority informing me of the change in the validity of the paper identity card. I was therefore genuinely unaware of the new regulation at the time of travel. 4. TICKET PURCHASED MONTHS IN ADVANCE The ticket was purchased several months before the travel date, at a time when the Italian paper identity card was fully valid for international travel within the EU. I had no reason to anticipate that my document would become invalid before the date of the flight. SUMMARY OF LOSSES - Flight ticket: €73.49 - Additional costs incurred as a result of missing the flight: [add any hotel, transport, or other costs if applicable] RELIEF SOUGHT I am seeking a full refund of the ticket price (€73.49) and compensation for the inconvenience suffered, pursuant to EU Regulation 261/2004 and/or any other applicable consumer protection legislation. I authorise you to act on my behalf in pursuing this claim against Ryanair and to communicate with the airline and any relevant dispute resolution body as necessary. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you require any further information or documentation.

I tried to do the check-in through the Ryanair app and no matter what I tried I couldn't check in my daughter, Luah. We arrived early and went to the kiosk and the worker assured us that there would be no problem with Luah and everything was ok. When we tried to board they pulled the three of us aside and said we had to wait. They then said everything was fine and said we could board. However, as we were boarding the plane we were stopped and told one of us had to stay behind. My partner said he would stay and I had to take my crying daughter home and try to explain why her father was not with us. I was carrying all of our money we had set aside for travel. My partner did not arrive home for another 18 hours. He wasn't able to feed himself during the ordeal.

Problems at airport

Hello, our return flight from Catania to Romania was cancelled. They were only offering a replacement flight several days later, so I chose to book a flight home with another airline, Wizz Air. Upon returning home, I contacted Ryanair; they credited €176.62 to my wallet and stated they would send the remaining €383.56, but I never received it, even though they claim in their emails that they sent it. I emailed them asking for proof of payment but received no further response, which is why I am turning to you. Thank you.

Denied Boarding. The App had deleted my saved details. When entering again it defaulted my name as Miss J Williamson rather than my full name as Miss Jeanette Williamson as on the passport. Once at the gate I was offered to pay 165 euro name change but the person did not make it to the gate on time so I would need to pay 260 for the next flight. I declined this as I would arrive too late for the event I had intended to go to. It was my friends birthday. I was unable to refund my accomodation in Birmingham and needed to find accommodation in Dublin. See attached only local hotel available.

I was told my five year old daughter did not have a spot on the plan and that I could stay behind in her place. I let her go home with her mother while I stayed an extra night in a hotel the airline put me in. I was given a ticket to fly to Madrid but not from Lisbon, but from Porto. Then I was told I would be called or emailed with information on how I was to travel to Porto. They never called or emailed me. I had to go back to the airport and talk to someone at the kiosk who eventually worked out my transportation to Porto.

Our flight from Palma de Mallorca to Brussels South Charleroi was not cancelled, but we were removed from the flight because there were not enough seats on the aircraft. The aircraft was too small to accommodate all passengers. We had Priority tickets and were already booked on this flight. However, we were told that we had to wait and take another flight because there was not enough space for us. The aircraft then departed without us, while some passengers were removed from the flight and had to wait for another aircraft. We would like to request compensation and reimbursement for the necessary expenses, including accommodation, meals and transportation, as we were unable to take our original flight through no fault of our own.

Subject: Formal Complaint β€” Flight FR794 to Venice Marco Polo β€” Refund and Reimbursement Request To Ryanair Customer Service, I am writing to formally complain about my treatment at check-in/boarding for flight FR794 to Venice Marco Polo, and to request a full refund of my fare together with reimbursement of costs I incurred rebooking with another carrier as a direct result of this incident. WHAT HAPPENED I had already been checked in by a member of your staff (a female colleague, East Asian, approximately 5'8", with long hair) and proceeded to boarding with my only carry-on: a duffle bag with all straps removed. At the gate, a male check-in staff member (Southeast Asian, approximately 5'9", medium build, glasses, beard) queried the size of my bag. I complied and, after rearranging the contents, fitted it into the sizer box. Photographic evidence of this is attached. The staff member then insisted the bag be placed horizontally rather than vertically in the box, and told me directly that I would not be allowed to board unless I placed it horizontally. I was also told that I was not allowed to use a duffle bag as carry-on. I would note that Ryanair's published cabin baggage policy specifies permitted dimensions but does not restrict bag type or shape. My bag fit within the sizer as shown in the attached photos with plenty of space in at least a third of third of the box left. The bag could have also been easily placed sideways in the overhead locker or underneath the seat. I remained calm and polite throughout, despite a language barrier. When I picked up my bag β€” having already removed the straps, meaning holding it against myself was the only way to carry it β€” and mentioned that I had already been checked in by his colleague, the staff member stepped in front of me, between ne and the door, with his arms wide open out, described me as aggressive, and raised his voice. He then escalated the matter to a senior colleague (a female staff member in a reflective vest) without attempting to de-escalate himself. When the senior colleague arrived, I calmly explained the situation again. She did not inspect the bag in the sizer box and instead repeated that I was required to position it horizontally, regardless of the size and shape of the bag or its actual fit. I explained that the bag contained fragile items which I did not want to risk damaging by forcing it into a different position. No resolution was offered. At this point I made the decision not to board, as I did not consider it appropriate to continue engaging with staff conduct I experienced as confrontational and unreasonable, particularly given that my bag met the applicable size requirements. I left the gate calmly and without incident. I subsequently showed the photographs to other Ryanair staff, who reviewed them and independently described the way I had been handled as ridiculous and unacceptable. I have flown with Ryanair many times previously using this same bag without any issue, which points to inconsistent application of your baggage policy rather than a genuine compliance concern on this occasion. WHAT I AM REQUESTING 1. A full refund of the fare for flight FR794, on the basis that I was unable to board due to staff conduct rather than any genuine non-compliance with your cabin baggage policy. 2. Reimbursement of the costs I incurred rebooking a flight with another airline to complete my journey to Venice, as a direct consequence of this incident for the total sum of Β£ 250. I have attached photographs showing the bag fitting within the sizer box. I am happy to provide any further information you require. I would appreciate a substantive response within 10 working days. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I intend to escalate the complaint to the relevant national enforcement body and/or an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme for aviation. I also enquired about the names of the 3 staff members involved but they refused to disclose their identities. I must add that other passengers had carry-on bags that exceeded mine in dimension and were not stopped. As a result of this incident, I was not able to make it to an important family function. Booking reference: Flight: FR794, 25/08/2026 Passenger name: Jessica Idiaghe I look forward to your response. Kind regards, Jess

Dear Ryanair Customer Services, I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the refusal of boarding for my family on our recent Ryanair flight from Copenhagen to the United Kingdom. My wife, one of our children and I were issued boarding passes. However, Ryanair staff refused to issue boarding passes for our other four children, despite the fact that they are all Portuguese citizens with valid UK Settled Status under the EU Settlement Scheme. At the airport, I showed the confirmation emails proving that each child had been granted Settled Status. The check-in staff informed me that they could not verify the children’s immigration status manually and that they required individual UKVI share codes. As I had never previously been informed that separate share codes were required, I was unable to provide them at that time. As a result, our family missed the flight. Following this incident, I successfully accessed each child’s UKVI account and generated the required share codes, confirming that all four children held valid UK Settled Status at the time we were due to travel. I am disappointed by the way this situation was handled. We were not provided with any written explanation for the refusal of boarding, nor were we given information about our rights. The incident caused significant stress to my family, including four young children, and resulted in us missing our flight and incurring additional costs and inconvenience. I respectfully request that Ryanair: β€’ Investigate why boarding was refused despite my children having valid permission to enter the UK. β€’ Explain why no written notice of the refusal was provided. β€’ Reimburse the reasonable costs we incurred as a result of missing our flight, including any additional flight, accommodation, transport or meal expenses (receipts can be provided upon request). β€’ Consider providing appropriate compensation or a goodwill payment in light of the distress and inconvenience caused to my family. I look forward to receiving your response within the time specified under your complaints procedure. If the matter cannot be resolved directly, I will consider referring the complaint to the appropriate Alternative Dispute Resolution body or other relevant authority. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Yours faithfully, Muhammad Ali Booking reference: 0725HN Flight number: FR2619

Technical problems

Dear AirAdvisor Customer Service, I would like to make a formal challenge to rejection of EU261 compensation claim for my Flight FR8757 – Valencia (VLC) to Lamezia Terme (SUF), 17 August 2026 with Ryanair. I am writing to formally challenge Ryanair’s decision to reject my EU261 compensation claim for the cancellation of flight FR8757 from Valencia to Lamezia Terme on 17 August 2026. Their online claims system states that the flight was disrupted due to a β€œdisruptive passenger incident, outside of the control of Ryanair” and has therefore classified my claim as not eligible. I dispute this explanation and request that Ryanair provide evidence supporting it. I was physically on board the aircraft and experienced the events leading up to the cancellation. Passengers remained on the aircraft for several hours while it was stationary on stand. Conditions became extremely uncomfortable, with passengers complaining about the heat and the apparent lack of adequate air conditioning. Eventually, passengers were required to disembark and the flight was cancelled. At the time, passengers were informed that there was a technical problem, apparently related to the air conditioning system. I therefore find it extremely concerning that Ryanair is now attributing the cancellation to a β€œdisruptive passenger incident”. If Ryanair intends to rely on extraordinary circumstances under Article 5(3) of Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, I formally request that Ryanair provide: 1. The precise operational reason recorded for the cancellation of FR8757 on 17 August 2026. 2. Confirmation of whether a technical defect or technical/operational problem affected the aircraft. 3. Details of the alleged disruptive-passenger incident now being relied upon to refuse compensation. 4. An explanation of how that incident directly caused the cancellation of the flight rather than merely occurring during the disruption. 5. Confirmation of the measures taken by Ryanair to avoid cancellation and operate the flight. 6. Documentary evidence supporting Ryanair’s reliance on Article 5(3) extraordinary circumstances. Under Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, the burden rests with the operating air carrier to demonstrate that a cancellation was caused by extraordinary circumstances which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken. Furthermore, ordinary technical problems inherent in the normal operation and maintenance of an aircraft do not automatically constitute extraordinary circumstances under established EU passenger-rights law. Compensation claimed As this was an intra-EU 1,500 km flight and the flight was cancelled at extremely short notice, I claim €250 compensation pursuant to Articles 5 and 7 of Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, subject to Ryanair proving a valid Article 5(3) exemption. Hotel, transport and other reasonable expenses The cancellation also resulted in an overnight stay. Ryanair did not arrange accommodation for us, leaving us to find and pay for accommodation ourselves. We also incurred transportation expenses as a direct consequence of the cancellation. We were eventually transported to our destination the following day, departing only late in the evening. I therefore also request reimbursement of my reasonable hotel and transportation expenses, together with any other eligible reasonable care expenses supported by receipts, pursuant to Article 9 of Regulation (EC) No 261/2004. These care obligations are separate from the question of whether financial compensation under Article 7 is payable. I will provide/attach the relevant receipts and proof of payment. Request for reconsideration I request that Ryanair reconsider the claim and pay: €250 EU261 compensation, plus reimbursement of the eligible hotel, transportation and other reasonable expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation. If Ryanair maintains its refusal, please provide a final written response, together with the documentary basis upon which Ryanair concludes that a disruptive passenger was the actual cause of the cancellation and constituted extraordinary circumstances under Article 5(3). In the absence of a satisfactory resolution, I intend to refer the matter to the competent national enforcement/alternative dispute resolution body and, if necessary, pursue the claim through the appropriate European procedures. I would prefer to resolve this matter through AirAdvisor and therefore request that the claim be reviewed manually rather than rejected through an automated eligibility assessment. Kind regards, Alessia Schipano

I wanted to do the check in online but I was constantly receiving a message stating document not valid (screenshot attached) . I arrived at the airport 3 hours before my departure. There was a long queue with people with problems in front of me and when I finally got served, I was asked to pay 55 euros for the check in despite having explained several times that I was receiving an error message and also showing the screen shot.

Problems at airport

Hello, my Ryanair flight was cancelled, and the airline provided no information at the time. I tried repeatedly to contact them but got no response. Since the next available flight with the same airline was several days away, I decided to book a last-minute flight with another airline, Wizz Air. I contacted Ryanair via email, and after a lengthy exchange, they credited €176.63 to my in-app wallet and stated they would transfer the remaining €383.56 to my bank account. I have checked repeatedly, but I have not received that amount. I emailed them asking for proof of payment but received no reply, so I am turning to you for assistance. Thank you.

Technical problems

We arrived at our destination 3 hours and 5 minutes after our scheduled arrival time,we all boarded the plane and then got told we had to get off the aircraft due to a technical issue and a engineer was on the way, this causes us the delay. Ryanair then went on when we tried to claim compensation that it was a ATC issue which is not true, the airline lied to us and owes me and my partner money , Ryanair only provided compensation for food and drink in the airport, they only sent this on our app as we were boarding back on the plane, which meant we couldn’t use it, it set us back on our trip for half a day

When arriving to Marseille Airport, I was denied booking to Tirana, allegedly because my recipisse proving my residency in France was valid for less than 3 months at the time (see the document in annex). It's allegedly an "internal policy" of Ryanair that was, however, never stated anywhere and the airline never provided any proof for it. When asking the border officers, they claimed such requirement does not exist and is therefore invalid. We lost all the family holidays because of this.
