Luggage force opened and contents lost
We were 8 pax travelling from Kathmandu to Marrakech via Instanbul. When we took our baggage from Marrakech it was found that most of our luggage was force opened and searched for. Some contents were stolen. On complaining the local authorities said that this was not done in Merrakesh but in Instanbul. We need a through investigation on the matter. Our flight no TK 727 and TK621. Ticket no 2353446240941, 2353446240935. Who gave the rights to open our baggage without our presence.
