Hopeless airline that cancelled us 2 flights in 3 days without even bothering informing us. Avoid this company like the plague and find alternative to travel between the canary islands. Customer service is hopeless too and they will not bother about the problems they cause.

We arrive at the airport on time and they tell us that the flight is delayed and that it is most likely that the flight will not leave until 9:30 p.m., this being at 6:00 p.m. The company told us that due to air collapse the flight would be delayed. That's right, the flight was delayed by 3 hours.

I arrived in Mallorca around 00:20 at night. Delayed 7 hours due to plane maintenance. They offered us money to consume food at the airport, first €12 and then they added €6. I also had to add my money because that amount is not enough to eat and drink at the airport. When I arrived around 00:30 at night I had to pay a €30 taxi to my house because there was no transportation at that time.
