Sky Up airlines Delayed or Cancelled Flight compensation and refund

You bought one or more tickets from SkyUp and found yourself in an unpleasant situation: the flight was delayed or canceled or denied boarding? Do you still not know if compensation is due in your case?

First of all i didn't received any noticed via SMS or EMAIL about the flight delay and found out it from another guys in the airport and just then on the check-in (i arrived 2 hours before the flight as usual required) The flight was delayed due to the late arrival of the aircraft.
