Traveling with service dogs

We did fly with our service dogs from Bucharest to New York. Best experience ever. Everyone took care of us, they were very nice, they accommodated each and every need we had. 5 stars. Thank you so much. We had the best experience.

The checking online fee is...

The checking online fee is so stupid. They don't even provide a electronic boarding pass, you checking online for nothing. I purchased the seat and luggage in advance, and forgot to checking on-line and they charged me $23. Hisky shame on you! BtwI paid over $950 round trip NYC to Bucharest.
