Passengers also value the airline’s extensive route network to Asia, Europe, and the Middle East and Qatar’s amazing in-flight entertainment. The use of older aircraft on some routes was frequently mentioned by reviewers as a definite weakness with limited amenities and outdated seating in Economy being the source of dissatisfaction. Also, quite a few passengers wrote about slow customer service with regard to compensation, flight changes, and baggage issues.
