My booked flight was cancelled without any notification. When I arrived in the airport, nobody was seen there. Still wasn't contacted by anybody.

On July 7th, 2023 I...

On July 7th, 2023 I had a flight from HER to BER with Sundair at 11 am, estimated arrival 1.45 pm. The online check-in was not available, so when I arrived at the airport (9 am), I was in an unpleasant situation to discover that my flight was rescheduled for 7.10 pm!! When I asked for details (there were no Sundair collaborators, just an affiliated company, the one that informed me of the rescheduling there) they told me that BY MISTAKE I hadn't received any mail from the airline. The only mail I had from the airline was about an 11am flight (even the previous night!!). THE FIRST MAIL-UPDATE from the airline about the new departure time was sent to me on July 7th at 4.05 pm, so 5 HOURS AFTER MY scheduled flight!! Finally, I arrived in Berlin at about 22.30pm!!! My flight was for attending a conference, and this delay made me cancel 1 business appointment, I had to reschedule the hotel check-in and totally change my taxi booking

I booked my flight in...

I booked my flight in November from London to Beirut connecting in Berlin. When boarding they informed me I wouldn't be allowed to transit as the Covid restrictions had changed. I was not made aware of this and had to miss both my flights. I demand a refund for this flight and my return flight Beirut to Dusseldorf on January 4.
