5 extra kg in your checked-in bag and you have to pay 330 Eur. Horrible attitude from the people behind the counter. After the issues with checked in baggage, Flight got cancelled with no explanation, no sympathy from the workers.

I had a negative experience with LOT Airlines on the Warsaw–Stockholm flight. My luggage was not delivered on the same flight, which caused significant inconvenience. I had to wait for the next flight from Warsaw to retrieve my luggage, which took over 4 hours. As a result, all my planned activities were significantly disrupted, and the trip lost some of its effectiveness due to the forced delay

February flight experience

Our first experience with them was verry disappointing. The lady at the counter took my carryon even though I said that I do not want to give it saying that this is the rule. After that I saw many people with their carry-ons The crew was very rigid, cold, and the plane was cramped and uncomfortable.
