Expert Tips to Avoid Baggage Issues
No one want extra fees or baggage that’s damaged or lost. So, here are some ways to keep your trip with Qatar as worry-free as possible.
- Get a portable luggage scale so you can weigh your bags at home. This will save you the extra expense of overweigh fees at the airport!
- Add contact information to your checked bags so Qatar has a way of reaching you if they get lost or damaged.
- Take photos of you luggage as you pack. If anything goes wrong, you’ll have photos to prove what was in your suitcase so you’ll get the right amount of compensation.
- Take photos of the outside or your baggage as well. This will give you a photo to prove what your luggage looked like before it was damaged or to help find it if it gets lost.
