But numerous reviewers wrote how the seats were comfortable and that the leg room was adequate, especially for smaller aircraft. The downside is that the overhead bin space is quite limited, and many passengers wrote that their carry-on baggage was sent to the hold. Fortunately, baggage handling wasn’t an issue with passengers, and many had very positive things to say about the friendly flight crew as well as the airline’s on-time performance.
