Worst flight ever from Zagreb to Orlando

During the flight which lasted for 10 hours we didn't have the Internet at all and the seat in front of me was broken so I couldn't put my things anywhere. We had turbulence like 3 times and the guy in the back even vomited but that's not on the company and the pilot didn't see the rail so he took off again and we circled for 27 minutes to land. I was very disappointed and if I could rate 0 I would.

I was booked on a Discover Airlines...

I was booked on a Discover Airlines flight for a business trip. On both the outbound and return flights, I was informed during check-in that the aircraft was overbooked and that there was a significant risk I would be denied boarding. On my outbound flight I was subtly and on the return flight I was then 'strongly advised' to purchase a Business Class upgrade as the only way to guarantee my seat. After I explicitly insisted on my legal passenger rights, I was—magically—granted my originally booked seat both times. It is clear that the claim of overbooking was used purely as a high-pressure tactic to coerce me into an upsell and artificially inflate margins. In ten years of frequent business travel, I have never encountered such an outrageous and predatory practice. I consider this behavior not only an absolute impertinence but a blatant display of unfair and deceptive commercial practices. It is a systematic attempt to exploit traveler anxiety for profit.
