Due to an extra stop for fueling the flight had more than 3 hours delay and we missed our connecting flight to Brussels. We arrived in Brussels 1,5 day later and we had to fly via Amsterdam.

We have a small child...

We have a small child and they cancel the flight after midnight, was a nightmare to find a hotel, we didn’t get any help. I hade to wash our clothes in the hotel sink. The next flight was delayed also. My husband missed a very important meeting.
