Quite a few recent reviews spoke of very disappointing customer service, particularly with regard to delayed and cancelled flights. Some passengers reported not getting the help they needed with rebookings while others complained that it took days to get a replacement flight following a cancellation. Nonetheless, the airline has an overall high customer review score, but interestingly, the most favourable reviews were written several years ago. If you don’t mind paying for a pricey ticket, you’ll enjoy a first rate flight experience.
