We were about to board...

We were about to board the plane when the flight time was delayed by 12 hours. We went through passport control again, were given back our suitcases and told to come back 2 hours before the flight. You get a light mealbefore 3 hours the flight

Flight to Riga delayed, missed...

Flight to Riga delayed, missed flight to Helsinki, changed flight to Helsinki to next day. We arrived to destination at 8:20 instead of 00:20. The inconvenience was missed night in Helsinki, we had to stay in Riga, slept for only 3hours and our vacation plans for active Sunday in Helsinki was ruined.

I had a flight...

I had a flight to Heraklion, I already had a tickets from Heraklion to London, so my time was really limitted in Greece. To get to the place atleast the same day, as i received a message about the cancellation only 3 hoirs before departure, I was pushed to rent a car immediately and try to get to Riga airport. I spent additional 200 Eur to cover the rent.

The airline refused to pay...

The airline refused to pay and said the flight was delayed due to technical reasons and strong headwind during the flight’s route. We arrived 3h and 9 minutes later from original plan. They didn't tell anything really in the airport, later after contacting they just 29.04 sent a letter of refusal. We were supposed to attend an evening audience event in Paris (Passy) which we missed because of the delay.
