If you’re flying from Newquay, Aberdeen, or other smaller cities, it offers the only non-stop flights. Passengers also liked the airline’s quick boarding process and overall on-time service but complained about last minute cancellations with poor customer service communication. The older aircraft, however, was an issue for many travellers who wrote negatively about the cramped, uncomfortable seating. Still passengers were more tolerant of this because of the flights they could get to smaller, hard-to-reach locations.
