The airlines app has a navigation tool for the Schiphol airport. Except it does not accurately point passengers in the right direction. It told me to go through the security checkpoint and then go through passport control, only to then check in with outside agents, and go through the airport security process again. The airlines inaccurate information caused me to miss my flight.

I was notified 4 days before the flight was moved to other date, I was provided with alternatives that I had to add money to add in order to take those options. At the end, I bought another ticket through Wizz Air and got to my destination by my own.

Boarding was at about 10 minutes late already when most people boarded. We sat for another 30 minutes waiting for 2 people to come in. Boarding Bus went back twice and both times came at the plane with a single person in it. My connection gap was 55 minutes. Now i have 15 minutes left. On arrival, we waited for another 5 minutes to exit and by the time i get to security, the flight to billund is gone, costing me at minimum 400 euro extra to go back home 3 days later. Meanwhile being stranded in Sofia for these 3 days.

Arrived at destination at 21:11! Originally supposed to arrive at 17:15 The airline gave no information until we were on the plane. The reason was technical difficulties Ended up getting to the hotel very late at night and missed a proper dinner. The airline did not provide anything while we were waiting at the airport.
