Due to the flight delay,...

Due to the flight delay, I am late for the bus to Varna and it was the last one, so I will have to take a taxi to go on the next morning bus. I contacted the support of Bulgarian airlines and they told me that they were not obliged to pay compensation if the plane was overloaded due to weather conditions, but this is strange because other planes fly according to the schedule
