They couldn't find my name at the p...

They couldn't find my name at the point, so it took time to solve the issue but the plane took off and left. It was their fault but I had to buy a new ticket on my own.

Went to the airport three...

Went to the airport three hours befor boarding waited in front of the checking in desk but there was no one at the desk .waited until boarding time and not one of nouvelair staff has showed up or even told us if the flight would be canceled .. or to offer us accomodation or food.

Flight departure time was 20:35....

Flight departure time was 20:35. We didn’t actually leave Gatwick until 01:15 The only explanation we had was air traffic control issues. Missed our shuttle transfer from Tunis airport to our hotel. Completely disrupted first day of our holiday as we arrived 6 hours late.
