Travelling is stressful enough, but when something goes wrong, it can really be frustrating, especially if you can find contact information for the airline. If you’ve flown with World2Fly and had a delay, cancellation, baggage delay, or you just want to voice your complaint about something else, you can find all the contact details you need here. Plus, we’ll explain what you might be owed in different situations, and give you tips on how to get it.
Had a Delayed or Canceled Flight to or from the EU?Check Your Flight
If you have an urgent matter that requires immediate assistance, you can try calling World2Fly customer service. The main drawback is that you might be left on hold for a while before an agent can take your call. This is more likely if you’ve had a delay or cancellation.
Be sure to have all your flight details to hand as the airline representatives will need your flight number, booking details, and any additional information pertinent to your situation.
Avoid lengthy wait times, by skipping the phone call and writing to World2Fly on Facebook or Twitter/X. Sometimes you can get immediate responses to direct messages and even get assistance with rebooking if your flight was cancelled.
If you do reach out to World2Fly on their social media platforms, be very careful about sharing sensitive information, unless you’re sure you’re speaking to an official airline representative. To avoid scams, do not respond to unsolicited messages from anyone claiming to be an airline agent.

If you want to file a complaint for a flight disruption, you can do so by using World2Fly’s webform. You’ll have to enter your basic flight details to begin, but then, you’ll be prompted to provide additional information about your situation.
If you’ve had an issue with baggage mishandling, you can contact World2Fly using the information below:
Submitting an airline complaint can sometimes lead to financial compensation, particularly if you’ve had a flight delay, cancellation, denied boarding incident (because of overbooking), or a baggage problem.
In the EU, your rights are protected by Regulation EU261. Baggage mishandling rights are protected by an international treaty known as the Montreal Convention.
Flight disruptions can mean compensation up to £520, depending on the distance you travelled, while baggage mishandling issues could get you up to £1,600. Bottom line, if you’ve had a less-than-satisfactory experience with World2Fly, it’s definitely worth the effort to lodge a complaint.

If you decide to complain to the airline, these tips will help ensure you get the most favourable outcome possible.
