They cancelled the flight for that day after dalay of the flight more than 2 hours and gave us tickets for the next day after overall 24hours.

The airline already knew what...

The airline already knew what happened before the transfer picked us up at the hotel. Still, we went to the airport and long after the flight was delayed, they gave the excuse that it was a crew delay, when the crew had passed us inside the airport long before the flight was delayed. In the meantime and after much insistence, a flight attendant came to warn of a malfunction in the cockpit system. It had already been 3 hours, more than 400 people without food, among them many children. There was no prediction of when and if we would be able to board, nor did they give us solutions to at least stay overnight or eat. In the meantime, they gave us a snack and took off at 2 am instead of 9:35 pm.
