Poor service and no communication

Air Dolomiti decided to unload all checked luggage on our flight before takeoff without communicating this to passengers. Even after waiting an hour at the baggage claim they did not provide an update and can not commit to when my baggage will be shipped to me. Their claims for compensation is also intentionally poorly formatted. This was horrible enough that I will avoid flying with Lufthansa as well, even though they claim they have no influence over their subcontractors

The absolute worst company I have e...

The absolute worst company I have ever traveled with!! Rude staff, problems with absolutely everything. Honestly, I don’t even know why you do this job! The women working for this company look like they get beaten up every single day! Calm down! You are unpleasant, rude, and completely unwelcoming! I’ve traveled with this company three times, but this time you have really pushed me to my limit! Find another job if you don’t like what you do, because we are not to blame for the fact that you are unhappy with your fucking lives.

Overall

  • close In Bologna, I experienced the worst service I have ever received from an airline. I’m young, I’ve traveled to around 20% of the world, and your company is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. Never again — I wouldn’t even consider flying with you for

Very poor customer relations experience

My flight was cancelled, and I was instructed to contact Air Dolomiti's customer service hotline for assistance and rebooking. I called at around 4:00 p.m. and was initially placed at position 27 in the queue. After waiting for nearly two hours, I had reached position 4. Despite moving closer to the front of the queue, the estimated waiting time actually increased again after 5:00 p.m. The most frustrating part was that at no point was I informed that no agents were available or that customer service had already closed. I was left waiting under the impression that someone would eventually answer. After almost two hours on hold, the call was unexpectedly disconnected without me ever speaking to a representative. Although I later received a rebooking, the issue of overnight accommodation remained unresolved, leaving me to arrange everything myself. When a flight is cancelled, passengers need reliable support. Being left on hold for hours, without information and without assistance, is simply not an acceptable level of customer service. Very disappointing experience.

Overall

  • close Hotline not honestly set up

Disembarked after aborted take-off ...

Disembarked after aborted take-off in PSA at 18:45. At 22:00 the flight was cancelled. I was given a €7.- voucher and was told I would be rebooked on a flight from Rome. Then a long wait in the terminal with no news before being taken by taxi to Rome (3.5-hour drive) at 01:30. 5 hours sleep in a hotel. Then taxi (€50.- I have the receipt) to FCO. The flight to FRA arrived 20 hours late. Total expenses €50.- for a taxi. I missed a dinner appointment on the evening of 20th May and a morning conference call on Saturday 21st May.

I received this email: "Cancellati...

I received this email: "Cancellation of your flight from Munich to Florence" They let us know our new flight would be scheduled for which would be scheduled for 5/22. We arrived to our final destination in Florence, Italy Airport on May 22 at 18:20 local time. They did not provide any care. We had to cancel our scheduled booking in Florence and at the last second book a different accommodation so that we could have a place to sleep for 2 days. The airline did not accommodate us. We also lost money on train tickets we had in our final destination that could not be rescheduled

Flight delay

There was no necessity of taking off in GRZ so Late, as everybody was on Board at the correct Time. All passengers on Board the plane were told by the staff that noone would Need To worry about Their connecting flights. At FRA I was told to have To wait Till the evening To be flown to PAL. When I told the staff that I had booked a round Trip and that I should get my car @12:00 Midday, I was rebooked to Palermo via Stuttgart. It was already in Stuttgart airport that, due to my AirTag, I realized that my Hand luggage was left behind in FRA. I then spent 1 1/2 at the lost-and-Found-Counter in PAL, where the courier was informed about the modalities: she was supposed to deliver my Hand luggage at the Hotel, where I planned to Stay overnight 2 days after my arrival in Sicily. Thun, the courier should have had .enough Time to deliver my Bagage at the address mentioned. my bag has Never Found ist way to the Hotel. According to the address sent to me by my AirTag, the courier was still in possession of the Bagage.
