My Boarding was denied after check in for flight AMS MUC on EN8381. Lufthansa did not provide for alternative flight ticket to MUC. I bought oneway ticket to MUC for EUR480 (have bill) on next flight LH2303 leaving three and half hours later (arrival MUC at 14.00) on 23 Sept. 24

Friday, Condor flight DE 2034 took off exactly on time. A group of 21 of us coming from Italy missed the flight to Seattle because Air Dolomoti was 1.5 hours late. We got to the gate 7 minutes late after sprinting through FRA. No one met us to facilitate a faster movement through Frankfurt. Further, according to Condor staff, no one from Air Dolomiti even contacted them to alert them that they were so late. I asked Condor staff why they couldn’t hold the flight a few minutes to allow 21 passengers to board. I was told “we have timeslots to meet. We can’t hold a flight!” Then Saturday our flight to Seattle 2032 was held at the gate 20 minutes “to allow some passengers who are running late to board,” according to Condor onboard staff. Selective application of the rules adds up to a poor customer experience.

After the delay, I needed to stay 24h in Frankfurt for catching the next conection fly. Lost a day of work and the air line just gave to eat the breakfast and 10€ for eating the rest of the full day...

My original flight was supposedly 8:45 from Amsterdam to Munich. It was cancelled and they rebooked my ticket at 10:00 and it was delayed still for 40 minutes. It arrived at frankfurt at past 11:00 and i missed the connecting flight and they rebooked me again. Right now i am at the airport at Frankfurt airport and my new flight is 16:05 to Budapest from frankfurt instead of Munich

I mr Owomwan Clifford My flight suppose to depart from bologna to Munich at 09.45 which delayed and I couldn't be able to meet up with the other flight from Munich to struttgat which I was later re-book at Munich to struttgat which delayed me at Munich Airport for more than 4hours before I arrived at struttgat I couldn't be able to meet up with the marriage event I was booked for to record as a photographer and video photographer which brought a lot of damages to my business and disappointment to the celebrants the time of the event was 2.00pm 23/aug/2024
