I Adriana Avdarmani departed from Munich Germany with mobility wheelchair assistance because I’m 5 months pregnant and Lufthansa lh480 airlines told me that when I arrive to Denver that wheelchair service will be waiting to pick me up and take my luggage and take me to my gate to my connect flight and it didn’t occurred and the told me I will continue to provide me with wheelchair mobility assistance and no one showed up .we supposed to take off at 11:55 in Munich and arrival in Denver supposed to be 2:20 pm and we took of instead at arrived late in Denver at 2:55 pm so this made me miss my flight see all the documents ⬆️ and made me miss my connect flight from Denver to Tucson with United airlines 5784 at 4:00 pm I had severe pain due me being pregnant had to lift heavy luggage myself and no help and my excess luggage was busted open when I had to check my bags from Denver to Tucson so my luggage is damaged now and I have been under stress and pain during this and it cause my baby to be stressed 😫, United airlines did not apologise only rebooked my flight to next at 7:45 pm and arrive in Tucson 8:42 pm Boeing 737 max 8 #7263 United airlines 1816

My flight was seriously delayed at Brussels. After 5 hours waiting, they transferred me to London to connect to another flight and this flight tookus to New York. This was very stressful and disturbing. I supposed to arrive Newark at 13:15pm but I did not arrived my destination till 1:40am on the 26th of September. Because I arrived JFK and I take a taxi to New Jersey. This was so stressful for me.

My current TSA pre check subscription not available

TSA pre check access not on my boarding pass, which I did not realize until I was able to check in this morning 24 hours prior to my departure. I contacted United and was told that TSA pre check is not guaranteed for every flight. (What? Who makes this decision? Preposterous!!) The United agent verified that my personal information & TSA pre check KTN for my flights is correct. My TSA pre check subscription through IDEMIA is current, and does not expire until 3/6/2029. Usually I have plenty of time for connections, but tomorrow I have only 45 minutes between flights. I depend on TSA pre check to avoid missing my connecting flight! I have spent over 3 hours on the phone with United and TSA to correct the error. TSA is working on this, but it will take 3 to 5 days for any response. I am beyond frustrated with United!!
Preferred solution: Apology and explanation of why this occurred. Guarantee that my TSA pre check will be honored on all future United flights! If expense is incurred as result of this, I will seek compensation. I am discouraged from using United in the future.

Customer service was completely in helpful, rude and non responsive. We have a one year old infant that had to sit on my daughter's lap for 4 days. Thankfully no accident didnt occur but we should have never been in this position if United didn't put the car seat on the wrong flight. Terrible service and 4 days to rectify the situation. How will United settle this problem that was inexcusable.

We originally booked a ticket for Kona in May. We changed the ticket on October 25 and received $689.49 in flight credit for both my husband and I. That credit was never added to my account so I could not claim the credit. I have the e-mial saying I have the credit dated October 25. I have been swamped with life and travel on United and only realized this two days ago. Now they are telling me my credits have expired because the ticket was bought in May. I didn't have the credit until October 25. I can verify that date in an email. I am requesting that my travel credits be posted on my MileagePlus account and that I can use them through February. I've spent 4 hours on the phone trying to work this out and no one is really listening to the problem. Please note the thousands of miles I've traveled on United and great an extension to my travel credits. Thank you! Linda Becker

The flights was delayed for more than 8 hours. After an extreme excercise of patience we finally boarded the plane after 19h. Because of this delay we arrived in our hotel past midnight, making it a short night after a 24 hour-wake day. The newt day we start our work as a professional technical team.
