Need to get in touch with LEVEL customer service in a hurry? Or maybe you’ve had a lengthy delay or sudden cancellation that’s upended your carefully laid travel plans, and now you want to lodge a complaint or compensation claim.

Starting with LEVEL’s contact information, this guide will help you figure out which communication method is best for various situations, plus helpful tips on how to make the most of your interaction with the airline.

LEVEL Chat

‘Fly’ is LEVEL’s chatbot. You can access this feature on the airline’s homepage for quick answers to basic questions about your booking and to request customer support. You can access I live representative Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (CEST).

LEVEL Phone Numbers

If you don’t have any success with the chat option, you can try calling the airline, using the location-specific numbers below. Remember that during busy travel periods or widespread flight disruptions, you may be faced with exceedingly long hold times.

Phoning the carrier might not be the best option for complaints, but if you need immediate assistance in the wake of LEVEL flight delays or cancellations, calling the airline is your best bet.

Be sure to have all your flight information ready. LEVEL customer service agents will ask for your booking information as well as flight-specific details including what happened, your departure and arrival airports, and other relevant info.

LEVEL Contact Form for Complaints and Claims

Flight Disruption & Baggage Claims

If you’ve had a flight disruption or a baggage mishandling issue on a LEVEL flight, you can submit your compensation claim through their online form

Unlike most static webforms, LEVEL uses their chatbot ‘Fly’ to help you submit your claim. You’ll be prompted to add all the relevant details about your flight or baggage issue, so be sure to provide all the necessary details including receipts for essential purchases, photos, and prior communication with the airline to substantiate your claim.

Ways of getting in touch with LEVEL

Your Passenger Rights

Bear in mind that your passenger rights are protected by EU Regulation EU261, which stipulates that the airline must compensate you for as much as £520 (€600) if you have an avoidable delay of 3+ hours or a flight cancelled less than 14 days before departure. You can check the eligibility of your flight by using this compensation calculator

If LEVEL has lost or damaged your baggage, you have certain rights protected by the Montreal Convention, which requires airlines to provide up to £1,600 (€1,920) in compensation.

Once you determine your eligibility and compensation amount, you can add this information to your claim.

Tips for Interacting with LEVEL Customer Service

Reaching out to LEVEL customer service is more effective if you're well-prepared. Here’s how you can ensure your interactions are as productive as possible:

  • Prepare Your Details: Before you make contact, gather all your travel details—like your flight number, ticket information, and any other relevant documents. Having these handy will make the process smoother.
  • Select the Best Contact Method: Think about what you need from LEVEL and how quickly you need it. For urgent matters, a phone call might be best. Use the contact forms for more formal complaints or claims.
  • Communicate Clearly: Clearly and succinctly describe your issue. The more precise you are, the easier it is for the customer service rep to understand and help you.
  • Keep Records of Interactions: Keep track of all your interactions with LEVEL customer service. Note the dates, the names of any representatives you speak with, and what was discussed.

Keeping accurate records can be very helpful if you need to escalate your issue or refer back to the conversation later.
