Mr Deng Jijun (ticket number 999-6402787056), his 01 suitcase (tag number CA495583) missed in ISB airport. He registered the said case in Beijing (PEK), but when he arrive in Islamabad, the case is missing. Flight Number CA945 dated on 13 April, 2025.

What time did you arrive at your final destination? 20:50, December, 25th, 2023 What did the airline tell you, and when? The delay in the first flight caused the failure to catch the connecting flight. The airlines never responded to my email. What care did the airline provide, if any? The airlines rescheduled my connecting flight. How did the incident inconvenience you? It caused a significant delay (over four hours). Did you miss an event or lose money? No.

I tried contacting the airline and asking for compensation a few days after finally arriving at my destination but I never received anything back from them. My flight from Frankfurt got delayed for hours until finally we were able to board, we got to Beijing late which made me miss my connecting flight to Seoul. I asked the airline for help with rescheduling me another flight as soon as possible and they found a place for me on the evening. I had to wait for more than 6 hours in the airport without any wifi or internet access to even call my loved ones waiting to pick me up in Seoul. I was only able to do so by asking a kind stranger to lend me their phone. My rescheduled flight also ended up being delayed because of the weather so I was finally able to reach Seoul at midnight of the 31st of July.

Technical problems

Fight was disrupted for over 9 hours due to technical issues as cited by the Air China staff. We were offered compensation in the form of flight vouchers but did not accept. Due to the delay we missed our connecting flight and were forced to spend a night in Shanghai meaning we would both miss a days salary back in Tokyo. I have tried to contact the airline but have been stonewalled or they have asked me to go through a drawn out customer complaint process that would inevitably incur further costs.

This case is about delayed baggage. I have arrived to my final destination on time. I have not received my baggage after the transfer in Beijing. I was transferring in Beijing from Vienna, someone from Air China told us that there was not enough time for the baggage transfer. We have had layover for almost 10 hours! Also I saw at the gate that there was enough time before the departure to fill the airplane even with the cargo! They were loading boxes and pallets (but not my luggage!). My girlfriend received her baggage at the final destination and I didn’t. I already reported to the airport and my baggage should arrive to final destination on 25. April 2024. I’m leaving from CGK on 26. April early morning. Please be sure to deliver it at the address. I have communicated with them through email and they told me to call AirChina in Europe but I asked them to solve it by email and they told that it possible only by phone. But I hadn’t possibility to call from Indonesia also their App suddenly stopped working for me when I tried to report that in app chat and my girlfriend’s app was working fine. I received the baggage a day later and the baggage was damaged and also they didn’t delivered it to my hotel and I needed to come to the airport for it. They didn’t even call me and I needed baggage asap. I was calling them and they lied that it is not here and when I told them I have the number of the flight which was supposed to deliver my baggage it miraculously appeared in the airport. I called them now in Europe after my return from the trip and they told me that they are not supposed to claim compensation and I can only file it at the final seat airport. So who is lying now? Such a nonsense..
