We get the message that we do not get compensation for the delay of flight xc1078 because we are not delayed for more then 3 hours . But this is incorrect information. The delay was 8h 25 min. (Arrival time , boarding was after more then 10 hours) so we do have the right for compensation according to the website and regulations. We did receive one drink en one sandwich. Nothing for kids so we where obligated to buy it all our selfs. A form of compensation would be only correct. We even had to pay 40 euros extra for not boarding in advance while the site had a default the day before. So early check in wasn’t possible. Not a happy customer. Especially because there was no information for us. Nobody knew anything. And calling the airline wasn’t helping. Robot call … no solution or info at all.
