While calling isn’t always the most efficient way to contact the airline, it can be helpful to speak to a live agent, especially if you’ve had a recent cancellation or delay. But before you start dialing, here are a few tips to help you make the most of your conversation.

Royal Jordanian Airlines isn’t based in the EU, but they still have to follow the rules of a regulation called EU261 whenever they depart from an airport in the EU or the UK.
Fortunately, this regulation defines how the carrier must respond to complaints about delays, cancellations, denied boarding, and more. This means that if your flight is eligible for compensation, you could receive between €250 and €600 if you arrive 3+ hours late or your flight was cancelled less than 14 days before departure.
If you’ve had issues with your baggage, your rights are protected by the Montreal Convention, which states that Royal Jordanian would have to pay as much as €1,920 in reimbursement and compensation.
If you don’t get a response, or if you don’t want to file a complaint on your own, let AirAdvisor help you!
