Problems at airport

We were supposed to leave Varna at 8:55. The first delay was announced in a way, that before our boarding they boarded another plane, that was leaving at 9:05, so after us. The airport staff told us, that we are supposed to be boarding next. That promised boarding never happened and instead they have announced that the flight will leave at 10:30. At about 10 there was another announcement that the final departure time is 12:30. We eventually left Varna airport at 13 o’clock. The final delay was 4 hours.
