I've paid a full price for a comfortable, direct flight, thinking I will have lots of time for a ceremony I had to attend. However, the flight didn't only was delayed by the and a half hours (from 5:35 initially, to 9am take off in the end), it also landed in Romania instead of Prague, and extra waiting time occurred before we flew to the initial destination of Prague. It means not only have I had time shortage problems, but I paid a more expensive price for a direct flight, when in fact, there was a change and a huge delay.

I had to wait an extra 3hrs until we took off i need to get there in time and I got there late because of the delay.i want a big compensation because of that huge bother and faff and i was only told an hour after it was delayed and I was not sure if we were going to leave that night.i was extra late for collage.

Hrubé chování a ponižování

11. listopadu 2024 během letu SmartWings QS 1200 z Prahy do Dubaje jsem se setkala s nevhodným chováním jednoho z palubních průvodčích (muže). Požádala jsem ho o pomoc s uložením mého zavazadla, ale odpověděl, že nejsem invalidní a mohu si ho uložit sama. Ve skutečnosti však mám zdravotní problémy, které mi takový úkon komplikují. Navíc nakonec zavazadlo vzal a hodil ho hrubě do prostoru nad hlavou. Myslím si, že toto chování je zcela nepřijatelné a v rozporu se standardy profesionálního přístupu k cestujícím. Očekávám, že vedení společnosti tuto situaci prošetří a přijme opatření ke zlepšení úrovně služeb. Děkuji za pochopení

We booked a flight from Barcelona to Tel Aviv. While we were leaving Barcelona the connecting flight was still on time/not delayed. Our flight from Prague to Tel Aviv was canceled when we arrived in Prague. It was approximately 21 o'clock. We didn't have many options for staying in Prague (2.10.2024) because it was very busy where. So we took a taxi from the airport to the hotel. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and took a taxi back to the airport at 6.10.2024. No flights were available from Prague to Tel Aviv during the period (02-06.10) due to the Jewish holidays. No compensation or stay options were offered by the airline. Summary. Our flight was canceled and we stayed in Prague for 4 days. We spend around 1800-1900 EUR on unplanned stays and unrefunded flying tickets, overall.
