I checked in at 18:00 pm and was all ready at the boarding gate by 19:30pm . Flight was cancelled at the last minute of the flight departure time 30 minutes past 20:00 pm which was the original time flight. All passengers were waiting and getting annoyed then we were told that we couldn’t flight due to technical issues and that our flight was rescheduled for next day. Other passengers claimed their money back the ones whose flights were cancelled 2days before my flight. An hotel was provided for the night, dinner and breakfast as the next flight was at 20:30 the following day. No assistance was provided we had to get figure out what next. ( it was like we were all left on our on) The person collecting from the airport on my arrival could not come due to the changes and I had to pay extra cost for my transportation home .

All what I wanted to be transported promptly to my destination. But this a-day delay or cancellation has cost me dearly.

Loss: /£250 In term of monetary values, I lost some of the perishable goods/food over £250., and as well as missed my hospital appointment which was scheduled on 7th March 2025. EUR

Lack of communication skills as to why flight was delayed or cancelled. Flights was delayed for 24 hours. Flights was supposed to depart on the 19th of February 2025 at 20.30 but it was delayed for 24hrs. Flight departed on the 20th of February 2025 after 20.30. It was very exhausting and frustrating I arrived on the 21st of February 2025 at 15.50 I was booked into a Hotel at Heathrow airport holiday inn without explainjng why it was delayed or cancelled I was attending my mother's funeral. I was unable to attend the funeral due to flight cancellation. This has affected me greatly as I was unable to witness my mum's funeral rites. I won't be able to forgive myself for missing out on such an occasion.

THE FLIGHT WAS ANNOUNCED AS CANCELLED DUE TO A TECHNICAL FAULT APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES BEFORE DEPARTURE (20:15) ON 19/02/2025. WE WERE INFORMED WE WOULD BE TAKEN TO A HOTEL WHERE WE WOULD STAY OVERNIGHT TO DEPART THE FOLLOWING DAY 20/02/2025 AT 20:24 (24 HOURS LATER.) WE WERE ADVISED TO GO TO IMMIGRATION TO COLLECT OUR BAGS. FOLLOWING THIS ANNOUNCEMENT THERE WAS VERY LITTLE OR NO INFORMATION GIVEN WHICH WAS VERY FRUSTRATING. WE HAD TO PUT PIECES OF A PUZZLE TOGETHER TO BE ABLE TO FIND WHERE TO COLLECT THE BAGS, THE HOTEL OR WHAT WAS HAPPENING NEXT. WE WERE HOWEVER KEPT IN A DECENT ENOUGH HOTEL RIGHT AT THE AIRPORT AND WERE PROVIDED WITH FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION UNTIL (16:00) CHECK IN TIME. FOOD APPEARED A SEPARATE ARRANGEMENT FROM THAT OF THE HOTEL, IT WAS NON TRADITIONAL, SERVED RAW, CHICKEN RED AND PINK IN THE MIDDLE AND OVER SPICED, ALSO VERY IDENTICAL, THE LUNCH AND DINNER. IT WAS AWFUL.

Our flight was once again cancelled due to technical reasons 30 minutes prior to departure. Departure time was 20:30 hrs. We were then given overnight accommodation @ the Hilton Express which was a walking distance from Terminal 4 and advised we would continue our journey the next day on another Rwandair flight. We continued our flight the next day and reached our final destination in EBB @ 10:30hrs on 21/02/2025.

My flight from London (Heathrow) was meant to be on Wednesday 19th by 8.30pm and a connecting flight by 8.40am from Kigali to Lagos on Thursday. After checkin of bags and boarding pass was received, at about 8.50pm(20minutes after the ideal departure time) our flight was announced as cancelled due to unclear technical information. The airline couldn't provide any immediate alternative flight, and we were asked to wait for 24hours! Taken to a hotel within the airport, to then take another flight on the second day at 8.30pm of Thursday 20th from London Heathrow to arrive Lagos on Friday 21st. This ruined my planned meetings, cost of hotel which I couldn't cancel due to the shorter notice time, and sirupted my entire plans for the days that follows.
