The night before the flight, I received an email from the company DanAir informing me that the flight scheduled for Friday morning would be postponed to the evening of the same day. Then, after many hours, I was informed that the flight was postponed to the following day. In the meantime, I contacted them and told them that I would be traveling with another airline and that I wanted a refund for the ticket I had purchased. In the meantime, I took another flight from a different London airport, and the costs were much higher, while the stress and fatigue were at their peak, as I had a baptism to attend with my family event in Brasov, Romania.

The flight was delayed until 3:00 the next morning, resulting in an extended delay of 5 hours and 25 minutes. During this delay, I faced several challenges at Luton Airport. The shops and food outlets were closed, leaving me without access to food or refreshments. Additionally, there were no available places to relax or go outside for a breath of fresh air. Consequently, I had to endure a long and uncomfortable wait without adequate amenities. Furthermore, my parents were scheduled to collect me upon arrival. Due to the delay, they were unable to come to the airport the following day, which forced me to take a taxi to my final destination. This added an unexpected expense to the inconvenience caused by the delay. Given these circumstances, I kindly request compensation for the delay and the additional costs incurred.

The flight was delayed about 9 hours later. The flight was at 1.20 pm, they send email and said the flight will be delayed at 3pm and after they change again to 5pm and no another updates for us. In aeroport status the flight delay until 11pm is the evening. I was with my 2 little children in the aeroport many hours and after many hours we go home and buy another flight tickets to another company for the next day. The price for new tickets was around 300 euro.

The flight should be on 14 July 2024 at 20.15 and was delayed on 15 July 2024 at 20.15.We received an email on 14th July at 20:37 that the flight is delayed. I couldn't await till 15 July 2024 and I bought other ticket with different flight company.

I had to take another flight to another destination-far away from the City where I leave. Normally the destination should be în Romania,Bacău. I payed for a flight in RMO Chișinău. We will have to take other cars and pay other taxes in order to arrive home. We had different plans and this situation disturb a lot of things that we planed. We finish our vacantion 1 day earlier just because we had to change the flight. Even if I made a complain to the air fly company, I didn't receive anything. My money are not returned yet.
