Last year, FlyDubai carried 13.8 million passengers according to Skytrax. Out of this number, it’s a safe bet that not all of them had a positive experience. All airlines run into problems at some point whether that’s poor customer service, flight interruptions, or mishandled baggage.
When flight problems occur, it’s worth sending a complaint. Plus, depending on your circumstances you might get something back from the airline to make up for the bad experience. In this article, we’ll give you the contact information for FlyDubai and a few tips that will help you make the most of your complaint.

While some complaints might only be answered with a small discount, an apology, or a voucher, other situations can lead to compensation. Even though FlyDubai isn’t located in Europe, they are still subject to the laws of regions where they fly.
As such, flights from Europe are protected by the rules of EU261 regulations. For you as a passenger, this means that flight delays, cancellations, denied boarding from overbooking, and missed connections could all be eligible for cash compensation up to €600. As you can see, some complaints are definitely worth your time.
Before you contact the airline, you can quickly check to see if your flight is eligible in our free compensation calculator.
Depending on the day and time you call, you might only be on hold for a few minutes. If you’ve had a disrupted flight, you might be on hold for a much longer time. FlyDubai’s customer service contact form is a reliable alternative to emails, especially if you aren’t in one of the locations where an email address is provided. If you are contacting the airline to complain about baggage mishandling or flight disruptions, this is certainly the optimal choice, although there are many topics to choose from in the drop-down subjects menu.

FlyDubai is active on Facebook, X, Instagram, and Linkedin. If you’re not having any luck getting through by phone or you need to draw attention to an email or form request, you can always send a direct message on social media.
This method can provide a fast alternative to other means of contact, but be careful if you do this. If you post publicly about your complaint, you may be opening yourself to scammers who pose as airline representatives. Be sure that the page is authentic and only contact them through messenger. Also, don’t offer any sensitive information if you want to stay on the safe side.

If you don’t get a response, or if you don’t want to file a complaint on your own, let AirAdvisor help you!
