I had a flight planned,...

I had a flight planned, TLV-VIE and then VIE-CPH. The flight to VIE not only landed in a small delay, but also landed on hard-stand (bus-shuttle to take us to the airport). Although I took the first shuttle from the airplane to the terminal, and ran as fast as I can to the new gate during the connection flight, the gate was already closed a while ago and I missed the connecting flight from VIE to CPH. I even cut the line of security, but nothing was enough, I had no chance to make this flight on time. I then had to take an extra flight to Frankfurt, and from there to CPH, causing me to arrive to CPH in a big delay, extra flight, I also lost the seat that I reserved for the VIE-CPH flight, instead had to seat in the middle. I asked the airline team for any food voucher, they gave me nothing and I had to buy it.
