Do not trust this airline.I bough...

Do not trust this airline. I bought a ticket in March for a September flight at a high price. Now, just two months later (in May), the exact same flight is significantly cheaper. Norwegian is happy to hold your money for 6 months while offering better deals to late bookers. Early loyalty is punished, not rewarded. This is price manipulation. I do not recommend this company at all.

A bad experience on Norwegian 737-800

Bad flight on a Boeing 737-800. Uncomfortable seats, food for purchase, and crowded boarding. Overall, this was a terrible flight.

My flight was cancelled 14...

My flight was cancelled 14 hours before departure at 10am due to technical reasons. I was told I would be contacted by norwegian air for rebooking options, but 3 hours later no one contacted me and I tried to call them, no one would pick up eventhough I waited on call for over 1 hour. I decided to cancel and rebook a flight from ryan air at 6.30am since norwegian air did not have any other flights to my destination that day, and it was important for me.

I missed my flight to Paris from London

My flight from Stockholm to London arrived later than it should’ve have and not only that, they made me pick up my baggage in london even though that wasn’t my final destination which made everything worse! I waited 4 hours to the next flight in london to Paris and got there many hours later, I was so sad!
