We flew home to Tenerife from Pragu...

We flew home to Tenerife from Prague on Sunday afternoon on the Q1212. Cabin crew were warm and friendly throughout. Lots of customers were using the call button and they all remained calm polite and smiling. The Captain came on the speaker and explained how we were going to land the temprature on the ground and pointing out other Canary islands. he also gave great information of all the main attractions we have here in Tenerife. Excellent service by the whole crew please thank them on our behalf.

Awefull personael. They bully us only because we were at emergency row exits. The instructions provided were incomplete: no ludgage at the floor and no headphones during landing takeoff or taxi. However they bully us for having anything in our hands like said headphones or super small personal bag. That was not instructed. They always walked in a way so they interupted your sleep by bumpig to you. They turn on and off lights just to anoy everybodey trying sleep. (On delayed flight, in night)

I had to stay over...

I had to stay over three days because I am a Sabbath observer and the only other flight only arrived at sundown on Friday. So they gave me hotel accommodations until the sunday flight. But I had to pay for food on my own due to Kosher. I ended up finally arriving home at 800am Monday morning instead of Thursday night!

Our Flight was supposed to...

Our Flight was supposed to be at 10.30am on 17th May but never took off for Jerez airport. After nearly 10 hours later a flight was put on but only to take us to Malaga airport. The flight was at 20.05pm We arrive in Malaga at 00.15am on 18th May. There was talk of a bus coming for us but when we went to check there was no buses there and there was no bus service or train service open at this time. We then had to get a taxi which cost 300 Euro.
