The airline eventually moved my tickets to a later date without additional cost.

Due to the weather conditions, the flight was delayed twice on that day and eventually cancelled, only after we had boarded the plane and waited for 3h inside. When we returned to the terminal, there was no means of transport to leave the airport, so we had to stay overnight.

The flight to Athens was delayed by 2 hours, for which we missed our connecting flight from Athens to Eindhoven.

We needed to book a more expensive last minute flight the day after (550 euro per ticket), book an hotel in Ahtens (140 euro), pay for a taxi (2x 45 euro) and take up another holiday day. Adding up to 1400 euro total (for us both) The airline did not provide any care. My boyfriend and I both needed to take another holiday leave and I missed a training planned on the 27th of June.

They put my parents in another flight HV5672 departure 1:10 pm 23/09/2023 at this time they were still flying from Sao Paulo to Amsterdã….. KLM put my parents in another connection Amsterdã to Dublin operated by AerLingus Flight EI 512 at 9:40 pm 23/09/2023 - Dublin to Pisa flight EI 567 at 6:00 am 24/09/2023. Also all the 3 baggages are missing

I had a flight from heraklion to rotterdam. Destined to leave 7.25pm.

It was delayed for about 3,5 hour because the plane arrived after about 2.5 hour from Rotterdam. It got diverted to Amsterdam also. The airplane couldn't leave immediately because it was designed a "slot time" as the captain said happened on the flight to Heraklion also. I contacted Transavia and said they couldn't compensate me because the "Late Incoming Flight" was an occurence out of their control. I do not agree with that. It was their plane which was late. It was their fault. I got a compensation of 3,5 euro on my flight. I claimed transportation costs from Amsterdam to home for 43,70 which they reimbursed but didn't compensate the legal 400 euro.
