Flight delay

Always find ryaniar very good except for one person who really upset me before as I travel alot the past year as my mother passed away suddenly and i use special assistance. The lady took me of the air lift and was so rude again as before on a previous trip and made me pay 60 pounds for a small bag of my medication I had. Which I always carry as hand luggage. I don't know who to let know about that and look for refund as im still grieving g and haven't had a chance but I will be putting in a complaint. And looking for a refund as I had to call a family member crying to lend me the 60 pound so I could catch my flight. Kind regards

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON BOARD.

If you are travelling for work, avoid making any purchases on board at all costs. Getting a proper receipt is apparently impossible, which means you cannot submit the expense to your company and get reimbursed. This is completely unacceptable for a service that is supposed to cater to business travellers. If you cannot provide a valid receipt for a purchase, you should not be selling products to business customers in the first place. Save yourself the hassle: don’t buy anything on board.

Overall

  • close no possible to obtainthe receipt

Flight cancellation

Our flight was delayed by 12 hours was held on the plane for 5 hours, was informed the flight was cancelled and to wait for my luggage to be unloaded for a further 2 hours and no sign of our luggage, I then had to rebook a flight for the following day which set me back 500 euro and had to pay 150 euro for a taxi back to my mums at 4 in the morning, we had been at the airport since 10 am was only offered a 3.50 food voucher between me my daughter who is 4 and autistic and my partner, we were spoken to in a very horrible manner, very rude, dismissive, they lost my ruck sack during this time and won't help me track were it is, I'm so upset so drained so disappointed as I've always flown with rynair after the way me and my daughter and my partner were treated I'm so disappointed

Flight cancellation

On receiving cancellation notice, hundreds of people needed help and advice, only ONE lady was on duty when we were in need of that advice. No crowd control whatsoever.
