Flight cancellation

Wrost experience so far. Customer service doesn’t exist. Want to talk to them? Good luck with this one, probably having a break so will tell you to get lost. When you try to reach them at the airport- it’s just engineers telling you that most likely won’t fly cuz they have no clue what happend. 30h flight delay? “No problem dear we understand, scan your QR code for 10% voucher” Got answers about the flight from different airline staff faster than even managed to find any Ryanair’s.. “ Sorry for your overnight flight which was delayed being cancelled. As a compensation we offer you a 5* hotel for which you gonna pay and maybe we will return cost to you if that won’t be too expensive”. Rather walk than take another flight. At least I’d be on my destination on time for a change.

Flight delay

All that was offered was £3.50 voucher. Plane was filthy, crisps all over floor. Stewards selling snacks never took notice of everyone just certain passengers got served.

Denied boarding

I would give 0 stars if I could, I had flew with them numerous times but this last one was the worst experience of my life. Didn’t let us up the airplane, closed the gate right in front of us and was very rude even with my 4 years old.

Flight delay

I am writing this review to express my deep frustration with Ryanair following two unacceptable experiences on my recent flights between Sofia and London Stansted. My flight from Sofia to London Stansted was delayed by an astounding 3 hours and 9 minutes. Throughout this entire ordeal, ground staff and crew offered zero explanation or updates regarding the reason for the delay. To make matters worse, the only compensation provided was a small box of generic snacks. Offering a cheap snack box in no way compensates for over three hours of wasted time and complete lack of basic customer communication. Unfortunately, the return flight from Stansted back to Sofia was just as disappointing. As I was disembarking, one of my personal belongings slipped near my seat. Flight attendants have a clear duty to collect and safeguard items left behind during cabin checks, yet my property was never returned. I am almost certain it was stolen. What makes this even more infuriating is Ryanair’s total refusal to take responsibility for lost or stolen items on their aircraft, casually shifting all accountability onto the destination airport instead. Ryanair demonstrates a shocking disregard for customer service, transparent communication, and passenger property. I am deeply disappointed and will think twice before booking with them again.

Nothing good to say. Poor planes, poor service, I went 15 years before I dared to try another Ryanair flight, I will not be so hasty next time.

Flight delay

The flight time changed approximately 6 times, and we were told by Ryanair ground staff at the boarding gate that it was due to the flight crew had refused to fly back to Dublin. Shocking to leave a flight of passengers including children delayed by 5 hours
