Very bad service for the given problems presented. No compensation refunds, no complaints that can be made at desk and no client understanding.

Terrible customer service –Took a direct flight from Mallorca ...

Flew a direct flight from Mallorca to Madrid. The flight kept getting delayed, which isn’t typically a problem. However, when we landed in Madrid, we realize that they never put any checked luggage on the plane. The problem was we were flying out the next day back to the United States. They promised us our luggage would be available in time for the flight from Madrid to the United States. When we got to the airport the next morning our luggage was still not there. There’s no way to communicate or contact Ryanair. They want everything done through their app. However, they did not respond too much at all. We tracked our luggage which is now in London. It’s been there for days with no movement. They still have not contacted us as to whether or not we will receive our luggage or what the next steps are.

Denied boarding

A considerable lack of communication between Ryanair and the Nuremberg airport. I was on time together with several other passengers. Due to the very slow passport checking, the gate attendant informed us that the pilot refused to wait for the rest of passengers any longer. I couldn't understand as to why on the arrival, the same procedure was so much faster. This was my departure. Subsequently, my biometrics were already within the system. As a result, there were many distressed people pleading for allowing us to board the plane by reasoning that it wasn't our fault and that we were all ready to walk in at this particular point. Unfortunately, we were told to BUY ANOTHER TICKET. For me the next flight was available the next day at 23:00 hours. Paradoxically, this flight was delayed.

Flight delay

Staff were very helpful throughout the flight and at the terminal. The desk clerk took all my details and assured me that my bag would be recovered

Denied boarding

I have always travelled with ryanair but these last times i have found it difficult to travel with it for many reasons, especially the requirements for bags and measurements. the staff is almost always rude, frustrated and behaving bad towards everyone especially minorities. they abuse their power and behave in an unethical way with passangers but they get away easily with it because nobody ever makes regular controls or check ups .

Absolutely awful. Will never be travelling with them again. They have discriminated and belittled us. They have ruined a family holiday and made it a nightmare.

Heartless & smug about it

Our plane got downgraded to a smaller plane last minute & Ryanair refused our boarding due to there not being enough seats. They said the next flight was in 2 days time! Or they could put us on another flight which went to the other side of the country we were going to. Stressed & frustrated we chose the latter option, we arrived in this country in the middle of the night & had to get a hotel, the next day we booked a hire car to get to the actual destination that we had entrusted Ryanair to get us to in which they let us down. Tired & drained from the experience we drove 4 hours across the entire country to get to our destination. When trying to claim these expenses back, Ryanair staff rudely said that getting the hire car was UNREASONABLE & that we should have gotten a flipping bus, that probably would have taken 8+ hours. They refused to pay us for the expenses for the cross country journey that we only had to make due to their incompetence. You can imagine how stressed we were after that whole ordeal & then being treated like that by the incredibly heartless, condescending & smug staff, Anna S & Javokhir S, you know when it feels like someone is getting great pleasure from their power to be able to deny you something, that is how they made us feel. So to summarize, their rubbish plane broke down They denied us boarding on the back up plane. They offered to give us compensation of £200 We had to spend around £200 in expenses to get to our actual destination. They refused to compensate for the expenses. Essentially cancelling out the compensation completely. So they completely messed us over & to rub salt in the wound their staff were clearly smug about it. It seems like common sense/courtesy that if you fail to get someone to their destination that they paid you to get them to, then you should pay them the full amount that it cost them to get to the destination + additional compensation to apologise! On top of all these we missed an important family event that is a moment lost forever. For this we will never forgive or fly with Ryanair ever again. They should be ashamed of themselves. 🫳🎤

Denied boarding

I was treated like a criminal while travelling on my own and receiving assistance because of my walking disability, I was a loan traveller and was told because others had not attended the assistance travel they had removed my baggage from the flight and struck my name off the flight, after a stressful time I was aloud on the flight but the denied my seat thatcI had paid extra money for, I don't drink alcohol or smoke and was told to sit with a drunken group of young people that were highly intoxicated I felt totally stressed and my anxiety was out of control I felt drained and physically sick. I suffer with COPD and got no help from cabin crew when I was struggling to breathe.

Flight delay

My experience with ryanair is quite good until now, no problems at all with the flights, however in case of delays (I have had several times) they should provide at least 10€ voucher
