Flight delayed from Rome...

Flight delayed from Rome and we did not receive any meal vouchers or information. Then the flight at O'Hare they had us board on flight at 11:45 p.m. but then told us to get off the plane because the pilots were not permitted to fly (even though they wanted to) because of the FAA regulations regarding their air time. They did not offer a hotel, a hotel could not be located anywhere within 20 miles of the airport and we did not sleep but stayed at the airport. No cots or pillows or blankets were offered. The flight was rescheduled at 1:20 p.m. and we were able to fly out at 11:20 a.m. and arrived at 5:00 p.m. We were at the airport a total of 36 hours. No meal vouchers were provided until we requested them. It was a terrible experience and the employees were not helpful and they were not nice.
