Awful customer service and still no refund

I have had an extremely poor experience with this company. My flight was cancelled and I was told in writing on 31 March that I would receive a refund of over £1,300. It is now 16 May and I still have not received the money. I have called well over 10 times, and each time I am told that my complaint will be escalated to a supervisor. However, no supervisor has ever contacted me, and the issue remains unresolved. I also lodged a complaint through their website. The website now states that they have written to me and are waiting for my response, but I have not received any correspondence from them. To make matters worse, there appears to be no way to respond to that comment on their portal, despite it saying they are waiting for me. It is unacceptable that a company can confirm a refund in writing and then fail to return the money for weeks, while repeatedly refusing to provide any meaningful update or allow me to speak to a supervisor. The customer service has been awful, and I am still waiting for the refund I am owed.

My flight in September of '25 from ...

My flight in September of '25 from SFO to Rome was THE WORST flight of my life. Airbus 330 was crowded to the max, the crew treated us like numbers not humans. The aisles were tight too. I guess to pack in extra seats. After the meal the crew was unavailable for wine or refreshments. ITA was so bad I scheduled my trip home on United. SO glad I did.

awful company. I struggled to make a name. I had to call numerous times to make it happen. Very poor customer service and they resumed their flights to the Occupied Territories.

This airline is deliberately putting up obstacles to prevent you from exercising your rights. In complete violation of EU Directive 261/2004, which requires rebooking you "as soon as possible," it limits this possibility to its own flights or those of the Lufthansa Group, but only if the same fare bucket is available. This is ILLEGAL. To claim the compensation you are entitled to, you must use a form on their website: no email address, no phone number. This is ILLEGAL. And their web form generates error codes every time, even if you enter the information carefully. This is a MAFIA-like practice! They should have gone bankrupt, and the regulatory authorities should impose enormous fines on them

Unreliable airline with no help from customer service

Plane was canceled as soon as we arrived at the airport. No text or email letting us know about the situation. Customer service was not helpful at all. No arrangements were made to get us on another flight or another airline. Vacation was ruined .
