Not only didn't notified us about the reschedule of our flight, but they didn't notified anyone in that flight. There was no water on the toilets, and the crew was very unpolite, to say the least. They were rude.

ITA charged us and outrageous amount for Business class tickets on an aircraft that has no business class seats. All seats were the same and very uncomfortable. No extra service whatsoever .

had an extremely disappointing experience with ITA Airways. My flight (AZ619) from Washington to Cairo on June 7th, 2025, was canceled without any notice or assistance to rebook. No alternative arrangements were offered, leaving me stranded at the airport and forced to arrange (and pay for) my own transportation home. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the compensation offered was minimal and did not even cover the inconvenience or additional costs I incurred. Communication from customer service was slow and unhelpful, and I had to follow up repeatedly to get any response at all. This experience has made me lose confidence in ITA Airways’ reliability and customer care. I would strongly caution others to think twice before booking with them, especially if you value clear communication and basic support when things go wrong.

WIFI system AND onboard Map

WIFI system AND onboard Real Time interactive map both failed and inactive entire trip. Wifi failure is a consistent problem with ITA, a particular frustration on a 13 hour flight. It's like the airline is trying to save money by using a sun Standard satellite wifi provider that provides poor performance constantly. To make matters worse, the ITA Customer Entertainment System map to show passengers where the plane is also failed and the staff said because the onboard computer was malfunctioning. I even confirmed this visually on the screen next to galley. ITA management needs to get its act together on wifi system problem and it's not focused on it. Air Europa (a less expensive and just slightly longer travel alternative) has a perfect wifi record and it's management (I have a friend in Mgt) os all over the ITA lackluster performance in order to win over clients.

The flight that was scheduled for June 5th from Venice to Rome with a connection then again to Ita from Rome to Alghero was arbitrarily postponed to the day after June 6th without warning but as a solution chosen by Ita, due to the alleged delay of their Venice-Rome plane, I instead arrived the next day at 10:00

Before more than 30 minutes of landing to Rome airport, I requested the staff help to ask the seat in front of me to return to the landing position, no one come and no one responded!! It was really a risk especially we couldn’t breathe and the seats were on our faces ( No space)… it’s safety meter
