I had an email from both gulf air and the travel agent advising me the flight from London Heathrow to Faisalabad airport was cancelled. I was given a refund from the travel agent minus £30 for administration costs. I wasn't offered another flight or any alternative so went on to book my flight through a different travel agent and airline.

The airline denied for the boarding and said you are not allowed to stay for more than 12 hours in Bahrain my stay in Bahrain airport is 20 hours. There is nothing on there website and they have not provide me any document which said like this. They the ticket is not valid but it’s appearing in there system when I checked my PNR number. I have we urgent situation that’s why I booked this flight and spend almost my lot of money to go to airport and Return to home. All happens at the airport when I am going to check in at the airline counter. Counter person said connection is cancelled and manager said you are not allowed due to stay all very embarrassing for me.
